Bought this during the shutdown. There was a host of problems in the first year for e.g. the speed would suddenly slow down and then come back to normal, enough to disturb your rhythm. Also the motor conked out in the first year but luckily before the one year warranty ran out so they changed the motor. Now the motor is heating up if used more than 40 minutes. Plus other problems like oil leakage etc. Not worth it.P.S. Now the treadmill belt is torn at the seam. Bad quality through out. Avoid it.

Really happy about the product and service received machine before delivery date and got installed with in a day. I’m 100kg weight I’m running 30min every day for the last one monthMachine stable. Money will spent

Good stuff

I really like this treadmill. However, even when extending the legs all the way in the rear, it was far from level, so we had to add a board under the rear legs to get it truly level. I like an incline, but only when I choose it! I don't know if others have experienced this issue. Otherwise it is sturdy, solid and operates well so far. I've used it for about three weeks, five days a week. Good value!

Delivery guys were great! Very easy to put together. Even comes with tools. Very happy so far. Good buy

This product performs as advertised and I am satisfied with it. The only criticism I have is that the pulse monitor is virtually useless. In order to get an accurate reading of my pulse rate, i had to buy a finger pulse monitor.

This treadmill is awesome! The motor is so quiet, all we hear is the swish of the belt moving. Would have given it 5 stars except that a wire was pinched so we had to take the plastic casing off after set up and fix that before it would turn on. Over all, this is a fantastic treadmill!
