No, they are PC 935 Black pencils. Not 953

Several who have made this purchase say they only received one pencil instead of the posted 12. What is the truth about this statement?

There was probably a seller who made a mistake on sending 1 instead of 12, however as a seller we can confirm that this is a pack of 12

this item is non returnable. What if I get only one pencil instead of the twelve I think I am ordering? any assurance?

I would hope you'd get more than 1 color. I don't know if you can pick and choose but I'm sure Prismacolor would rectify the situation.

Price increased two much. I suggest caran d ache black pencil(loose) the great ever best colour pencils on the world.it is cheaper than Prismacolor' black. Don't loose your money.
