Worked perfectly and easy to fit
I used the three of them and they were really easy to fit. Cisterns now refilling very quickly where before they used to take a long time with dripping noises from within the cistern.Search online for how to fit them properly and watch a couple of videos. Make sure to turn off the water to the cistern first.I would have no hesitation getting these again if I ever need them. They are also great value compared to elsewhere.

Good replacement saving ££££
Like for like replacement for the siamp cistern in our toilet system. **The photo with the torn seal is the old original one. Side by side pretty much the same.Great price for 3 and easy to install after looking at YouTube has savede me money on buying a new cistern and calling out plumber.I deducted 1 star due to one of the seals not working with the cistern as well, letting water still flow. Tried the other one and it was fine.

Did not work but made it work!
So my toilet like others on here was taking ages to fill up and hissing out water at the joint, so after looking on Google and YouTube I purchased one of these washers. When watching the video online it appears the washer I was replacing had a hole in the rubber part. Very easy to swap, however after installing the toilet wouldn’t stop filling up. So i compared the washers and to the eye they’re identical, I even purchased another one but this time from screw fix and the same problem. In the I did what some people on here have suggested and swapped out the middle plastic part and put it with the new rubber of the seal and low and behold it worked. I’m baffled because they literally look the same so not sure what the issue was.

Simple when you know how!
Why on Earth did I go all the way to B&Q and spend ages scratching my head wondering which valve to get when none looked right (and the one I chose didn’t work) when all I needed to do was use Google image search which brought me right to this page!? This valve worked perfectly and now our upstairs loo is finally working again. It only took two years for me to get round to fixing it. Well, when I say me, it was my mate Andy who actually got annoyed with me when he came to stay with us and couldn’t believe I still hadn’t fixed the loo in the year since his previous visit. Thanks Andy!
