I prefer using real soap over cheap bar "soap" that is mostly mild detergents - it's better for the skin and much more natural. This soap certainly fits into that category - it's real (glycerin) soap, made with good ingredients that will leave your skin feeling healthy, whether you have acne or not.It lathers up well, doesn't have a scent, and works just as you'd expect. However, there are a few aspects of this soap that aren't quite right. First, while I appreciate the bentonite clay and oat bran, these are seemingly used as exfoliating agents (ie, something gritty to rough up to open up and clean out your pores), it's a little awkward. The oat bran in mine was actually settled into a thin layer at the bottom of the soap - it feels great if you rub the entire bar against your back or something, but if you're using this for acne on your face....rubbing a bar of soap across your face probably is less than ideal. For me, the oat bran felt more of a massage because with a normal lather into your hands, it ends up irrelevant.The clay does save it some - when lathering and soaping up your body, the clay does make it to your face, but if your goal is to use a mud face scrub, there are products specifically for that.My biggest complaint is really the size of the bar. I don't think this will hold up to a week of showers. A single bar I'm guessing will last 3-5 uses, which seems a little skimpy.Overall, it is a quality bar of soap, but it has some negatives that drag it down in my eyes.

I use this in the shower after every workout and I do feel it's helped clear up some acne. I've been using it for 2 weeks and am happy so far. It cleanses well but it also dries out the skin so a moisturizer is a must. My face feels so clean and fresh after I use this! It's my daily go-to! Does not dry out skin or have an unpleasant scent like other acne soaps/washes.

this is a good bar for body maintenance. i use this once a week to help clean my pores and skin on my body and i think it’s helping. i don’t get a lot of body zits but i do like to keep things in check to prevent them from even occasionally happening. this might be more effective in the summer when a lot more sweating happens, so can’t wait to try it then as well. i have a body wash for similar purposes and i think this one is slightly better because it creates less plastic waste.

I tend to have some hormonal breakouts along with breakouts on my upper back in the summer from sunscreen and heat. This helps keep thing under control. For me it is a bit on the drying side and I have oily skin. It doesn’t make everything clear up but it helps minimize the issues.

This is a pretty small bar, so I don't think it will last for a long time if you are using this on your body. The soap lathers well, and it washes off good. The ingredients are more natural, and I like that. I am prone to some blemishes occasionally. Since using this soap now for a week, washing twice daily, I have not had any blemishes, and I also experienced a better texture of my face. This soap does not dry me out too.

It contains Oat Bran, Bentonite Clay, and Olive Oil. The Oat Bran gives the soap a textured feel. The Bentonite Clay is good at removing excess skin oil. Altogether, this is a very nice soap.
