A great bargain at $15. The dispenser holds exactly 1-3/4 gallons with the ice cone inserted. You might be able to squeeze 2 gallons in the dispenser, if you don’t use the top. This doesn’t have the highest quality spigot (plastic vs. metal), but for the price this is a good deal. You can buy a replacement metal spigot for $20. The plastic base separates from the top so you can add ice to the base. The bottom of the main section is nice and flat, so it sits stable when removed from the base. One thing that could use improvement is the location of the spigot. It sits about an inch and a half from the bottom. This means when the beverage gets low, you’ll need to tilt the dispenser to get the last of the drink. If the spigot was down as far as it could be mounted (just above the curve of the bottom), it could dispense more before having to tilt it. However, this may be by design so that the spigot doesn't prevent the main section from sitting level when not on the base. Another issue I had is the capacity. While 1.75 gallons is a decent amount, a two-gallon capacity would be more convenient. As a previous reviewer noted, this has no handles, so be careful when moving a full dispenser. I recommend moving the base and dispenser separately. The plastic hanging label that comes with it, accepts liquid chalk and cleans up with water. We purchased three of these, which provides a good choice of beverages for our guests. Purchased this to replace a drink dispenser I had that refused to dispense any liquids. My expectations were not very high but I tried it out for the first time during a family get together filling it with adult punch. The dispenser works well, it did not give any huge issues. The container is BIG and for the quantity of people I host (usually about 30 – 50+ adults) it was great. I honestly regret not buying more. If you are not having a big party and you don’t want to make a big amount of “drink” this is not for you. This is perfect for bigger gatherings. I put 1 whole bottle of cranberry juice. 1 whole bottle of pineapple juice, and about ½ of rum, this did not fill it up to the top, there was room for more!! Only con - Height of dispenser/spigot did cause a slight issue once the container was low on punch. We had to slightly tilt it over to bring the liquid closer to the dispenser so that it could come out. Nothing that I can’t live without.I recommend this product as it is easy to put together, easy to clean, dispenser flows great (not slow, not too fast, no clogging), fits big quantities, sturdy, comes with a hanging label, and it does not leak!

I ordered two of these for my son's birthday party and upcoming get togethers. They arrived quickly, were easy to clean and assemble, and held lots of liquid. The picture shows 4qts of lemonade and almost 1.75L of Hawaiian Punch; they were only about half full so there was much more room than I expected. The ice kept in the bottom for more than 4 hours in Florida heat and partial sun. The ice in the top didn't last long, but I don't think the caps on the tops were not closed all the way as I think the ice in there was overfilled a bit (so user error). They looked great, were user friendly, and kids could easily self-serve.As others mentioned, the assembly directions indicated there should be a larger and smaller rubber washer. Both washers for both dispensers were the same size, but everything worked just fine; no leaks!

Ice compartments - So many reviews mentioned an ice-holding compartment inside the stand. This ice compartment isn't listed in the product description, and it does NOT come with one. Regardless, it's a still a great dispenser for casual parties. There *is* an ice cone in the center which holds ice to keep the beverage cold without diluting it.Hang Tag - I printed out a piece of paper with white lettering and black background and taped it to the hang tag since I had no chalk. Worked great!Capacity - There is 1.5 gallons of lemonade in the dispenser in my picture. A little more would have fit.Leaking - I didn't experience any leaking from the spigot. Kids even figured out how to tip the entire dispenser forward to get the last drops once the lemonade fell below the spigot line.Storage - It fits back into the brown box in which it was shipped, with the spigot attached and the stand back inside the dispenser. There was no inner box, but it did have standard plastic bag protection.

The stand is perfect! The size is great. Wish it were glass instead of plastic. Made punch with citrus fruit, and the citric acid marred the plastic around the top. The condiment tray at the top is a bonus. The ice column is a great idea in theory, but realistically, it doesn't really work all that great. The spout is plastic too, so I don't know how long it will last. And make sure it is on the "off" position when you are filling the container!!! Overall, it worked pretty well, and is a good value for your money.

We live in an old building with frequent plumbing problems, so the water is shut off frequently to deal with that. Sometimes we know ahead of time & can fill up pots full of water. Sometimes, however, there is no warning due to an emergency issue.When I saw this, I thought it was perfect because then we could have water ready and available whenever we were caught by surprise. We don't use disposable cups in the bathroom so we didn't need the cup holder on the top & we don't need the ice reservoir. It's big so it takes up lots of real estate on the counter, so I decided I would use the top for hair products!Some people might cringe having a hairbrush on top of a water supply, but once this thing is sealed, nothing gets in, and we are only using it for emergency hand washing. No drinking.This has helped us out many times since we purchased this .. to the point where we bought a second one for our little en suite bathroom for my mom who lives with us.Yes, I realize we are not using these as intended, but it was a perfect solution for our situation.It is sturdy. Holds a lot of liquid. No issues with leakage. The spigot doesn't leak and is easily used by my elderly mother. Highly recommended!

Have to my mom for Mother’s Day - loved it! I like that it’s think plastic. I have one with a metal lid and it’s rusted - this one won’t! Good value too!

Thé dispenser looked great and was easy to assemble. I liked that it was plastic so I didn’t have to worry about breakage while in use or in our storage space. Easy to clean due to its design!
