This nebulizer is MADE IN CHINA.It was my understanding that it was made in the USA. Even one of the questions answered says it is made in the USA.There is no way I will breathe plastic into my lungs coming from China.Beware.

I will explain. Sorry, I cannot download photos to illustrate this review (unsupported file type)!First, throw out the instruction booklet. It will cause a migraine and nobody needs a migraine!1. Lay out all parts:a) Hose with two similar ends.b) Face masks (small and large).c) Mouth piece (a simple tube).d) Funny clear plastic cup with side shoot and handle to hold while nebulizing your lungs.e) Complex orange plastic thing (Medicine holder) that will be fitted into the clear plastic cup in a moment.2. The hose is simple. Plug one end into the machine and one into the bottom of the clear plastic "cup-like" thing.3. Take the complex orange thing, and slowly fit it down into the clear plastic ""cup-like" thing twist and lock in place. Very easy to do.4. Decide if you want the big face mask, the little face mask, or the mouth tube.5. Decided already? All are for your preferred use and all are interchangable.6 Fit your choice, mask or tube, over the side opening of the clear plastic cup. It's a little sticky.7. Swing open the top slide door on the orange thing, and drip your medicine into the orange thing.8. You can adjust the door while vapping; open wide or nearly closed. Your choice.9. Hold the container upright.10. Push power button to "ON" and hold mask or mouthpiece to mouth and breath in and out.11. No more steam escaping to the sides? Medicine finished.12. Turn "OFF" machine. Disconnect tube. Rinse out the cups with warm water and or a little soa and water.13. Last Note: There are little round foam rubber filters in the kit. There is a little round depression in the machine near the on/off button. Reach in and pull out that plastic plug. Look in the plug. That is a little cup where you can place, or replace, a filter, depending on how dirty your house is. Better, just keep your dust down!14. That's it. Once you do it, it is a very simple operation, even I can work it.15. Now, after figuring the thing out, I will give it 5 stars because it works!

This nebulizer really works awesome. cheaper to buy from Amazon than renting a nebulizer from any company. Believe me it's a good machine, I have COPD and this really helps my breathing

This is a compressor that blows bubbles into a cup! That's it! And... the seller doesn't take returns so now I'm stuck with five of these stupid things! Total rip-off! I wouldn't buy anything from this seller again.

Seller review was 5 star. Packed and shipped well and quickly. Product in good shape when received.As for the quality versus the cost, I've been able to compare this one with several far less expensive models from different manufacturers and this one falls a bit short for the cost.Good quality mask, cup seems to work well enough, tubing is a little more finicky when attaching to ports, and probably the biggest thing is that the cup does not sit in the notch holder at all. I even tried using a bit more force, but it tips and falls out immediately. It doesn't secure at all. Poor design.

We have owned several different brands of nebulizers and this one is perfect. I cannot find anything negative to write about it.

this is a much faster and quieter unit than my old nebulizer. Now that I have COPD this makes it easier to use it. I am glad my wife talked me into the new one.
