Name brand product at a knock-off price
These are the actual name-brand ResMed CPAP nasal pillows with identical packaging, but a much better price than my doctor's preferred site. I ordered just one to make sure it wasn't a knock-off. I've had no issues with it.

This is by far the most comfortable sleep setup I have tried. No leaks like the cushions if you’re a side sleeper. I may have to go to a small but will definitely keep using the pillows.

Recieved an actual resmed pillow. Fits perfectly and works great. Got it here a little cheaper than my med supply place and this one was on me, not insurance
