I bought these toddler scissors for my little one as his first pair of scissors, and he chose them himself. I usually buy large colored paper and he loves sitting and cutting it for a long time. They are perfect for beginners and easy for little hands to use.

They do cut only paper. Love the little blades as least the children pretend play while doing an art project, light weight, fits little hands without slipping on their thumbs, well constructed and good price for these little tools.

Bought this for my LO to practice cutting. The animals are cute and he loves them. Besides it being difficult to cut paper when the sides get crinkled or from moving it, the scissors do exactly what its suppose to for toddlers. Being safe but still able to cut.

These things actually work!

I let my grandson use these scissors at home before donating a set to his preschool. I taught elementary school for more than 25 years, and these would have been great each year that I taught kindergarten. I like that these are all plastic, yet they cut well. The size for small hands, plus the identical holes for little fingers, allow left or right handers to hold these without fidgeting with the grip. An added bonus is that they look fun! Here's a little chant: Open, close to keep the scissors straight ahead, my other hand turns the paper instead.

I know these are safety scissors but they only cut paper. They won't cut yarn.

My toddler is in the cutting stage and I got him this pack of scissors and I have 0 complaints it cuz paper like a real one and doesn’t cut nothing else which is perfect because he now thinks he is a barber 💈. It gets the job done.
