More Once upon a Time Saints

This is a great series we own all the books! My oldest just can't get enough of these stories - so we limit it to two at bed time. Some of these stories are so hilarious and well written that I can't wait to re-read them. If you looking for a way to share the saints with you kids that makes the saints jump off and come to real life - then this is the book for you! I am sure you will find a new favorite saint in each of these books who will inspire you and make you smile the whole day through!

These saint stories are enjoyable and my three year old looks forward to them every night. The stories include fictitious parts and some silly modern elements, but it is done lovingly so. I much prefer these stories over some other offerings which are dry, "just the facts, mam" style. J.M.J.

Be sure and buy both books. They are great stories. This one is particularly good for Lent. St. Longivinus? I (apologize on the spelling) first Roman soldier convert at the foot of the cross is a great story. His feast day is during Lent as well.

Excellent series of books with short, engaging, readable chapters on some familiar AND less-well-known saints. Works well either as a read-aloud or individual silent reading. Definitely a valuable purchase for the shelves of our Catholic homeschool library!

Gave this to our goddaughter as a present, and she loves it. She begged to get the 2nd one too! Highly recommend as it tells the stories in an interesting and captivating way.

The stories are well written and very interesting! I love to read one story in the morning. It is a great way to start my day!
