I am size 30 to 32 waist so what size do i order? very confusing.... do i order size l as uk size or size xl asian size??

The sizing option provided by Amazon is the UK size. So you would order L and it will come with a tag that says XL (which is the Asian size)

I have ordered this item twice now in xl however you keep sending me xxl

It says in the description that the garment will be labelled with an Asian size label, which is one size larger than the european size, so an EU size M will be Asia size L, an EU XL will be an Asia XXL
