Brilliant flour
Well packaged - in a sturdy box. Purchased this flour after recently being diagnosed as coeliac. I have been told that with Emmer Flour being an 'old grain' like Rye, Spelt etc. coeliac's may be able to tolerate bread made with this type of flour. Personally I haven't tried it yet, but have baked bread for a friend, even though she is not coeliac, she does have an intolerance with gluten. She thought the bread was beautiful. Fingers crossed for me.
