Regretfully I decided to buy a used “Renewed” set of ear buds. When I first tried them (fully charged) with my iphone the left ear bud kept cutting in & out. I then tried them with my Samsung phone, the same thing. I requested a return which was honored immediately. I stupidly assumed the return postage would be paid by seller since ear buds were sent defective. Without reading return label closely I repackaged ear buds & dropped it off at post office only to have it returned 2 days later for a $3.50 postage due on it. Yesterday was Columbus Day which I realized after making a 2nd trip to 2nd post office which were all closed for holiday. I will again attempt to return the ear buds tomorrow, after paying return postage of course. This concludes my tale of time wasted, but lesson learned, thank you seller 👍.

Excelente calidad de sonido, sólo que en lo personal no me ajustaron bien ninguna de las almohadillas que traen, así que todo el tipo tengo que estar ajustándolos a mis oídos para que no se caigan.

Item was very comfortable. Also easy to connect. Had great assistance for connection if needed.
