Levoni PGI Cooked Cotechino Sausage Modena 17.5 Oz.- Fresh 2018 Just Came In

Cotechino is an old family tradition for New Year's Eve (I am from Italy). We have it with mashed potatoes and lentils (for good luck). Cotechino is made in Emilia Romagna, a wonderful italian region, near Tuscany. The Levoni cotechino is delicious, it tastes exactly like the Fini cotechino I used to have as a kid, perhaps a bit leaner (which is good). Price is OK (hence the four stars), you can get it about $5 cheaper at local italian delis or supermarkets.
