Worst hadwrap out there hurt my hand using it don't recommend to anyone .
The product is not flexible. You cannot make a fist when you use this wrap. I hurt my hand using this in my training. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Even though this is the cheapest out there, better invest a lil more to get something better.
