We've been taking these for the last month and I've not noticed any side effects, the recommended dosage is 2 tablets a day which we take one in the morning and one in the evening with a meal. They are quick release capsules and although a little large they are easy to swallow and we haven't noticed any taste or after taste. I've not had as much pain in my legs since taking these and so think they are effective. They have similar ingredients to another well known brand but are a little expensive. I would consider buying these again but like all supplements if you have not taken them before and have other health problems it's best to check with a health practitioner first.

Ho iniziato a usare questo integratore soprattutto per dare supporto alle articolazioni, in particolare ginocchia e schiena dopo attività fisica e giornate molto movimentate. Non fa miracoli da un giorno all’altro, però dopo qualche settimana ho percepito una sensazione generale di minore rigidità. La formula è piuttosto completa. Oltre a glucosamina e condroitina ci sono MSM, curcuma, acido ialuronico e vitamina C, quindi copre diversi aspetti legati a cartilagini e tessuti articolari. Mi è piaciuto anche il fatto che la confezione duri parecchi mesi, così si riesce a fare un ciclo lungo senza dover ricomprare subito il prodotto. Le capsule si prendono facilmente e non ho avuto problemi digestivi particolari.
