I purchased this product because I was experiencing eye redness and irritation. Last eye doctor appointment she said I had the typical age forming signs for a cataract but didn’t suggest anything to help slow it down or stop it from continuing. So after reading reviews of all kinds on all products I thought I’d give this a try. The first time I used it, the stinging was unbearable. A week later, I pulled the box out of the fridge I thought, one more time and that’s it. Guess what... no sting...AT ALL! Will continue using this and report back in a few months. BTW,It’s very soothing and looking forward to brighter eyes!

I have given these drops to my 13 year old Border Collie for the last two years with GREAT success! Four years ago I noticed a blueish tinge in her eyes that was progressively getting worse. When I brought her to the vet, I was told that this was normal for older dogs and they would continue to get cloudier as she aged. It was not cataracts, so they said there was nothing that could be done, not even surgery.After doing much research online, I discovered Brite Eyes III and decided it couldn't hurt to try. By time the first bottle was gone, I noticed a marked difference. The haziness was starting to clear up! To this day, my dog's eyes are doing very well despite her age. There is a very faint haze when the light hits her eye just right, but nobody would notice it but me.I give her one drop in each eye every day. I have noticed that if we skip a few days, the cloudiness slowly starts to return. I have noticed lately that she has a little trouble with shadows if the light is dim, so I am going to increase the dosage to twice a day and see if that improves things even further.The drops don't seem to hurt her at all when I put them in, and I'm sure to reward her with a little treat every time so she looks forward to getting her drops.I recommended Brite Eyes to a friend with a completely blind 17 year old dog, and after a month of use she says her dog's eyes are starting to clear and she can now see shadows.Overall I'm very satisfied, and I would absolutely recommend this product!

After struggling with dry eyes, floaters, and overall ickyness, these eye drops work wonders. I had floaters for a few years, several dancing across my vision and becoming annoying. On top of that my eyes felt scratchy, vision was foggy, and there seemed to be a sort of “film” covering my eyes. I had resigned myself to thinking that this was what one goes through when old. Then I thought I’d try these eye drops. After a once a day dose, (I forget to dose more), I feel such a relief. On top of this, about two days ago I pulled a freezer bag out of a box and it scratched across my eye. What resulted was pain, blurred vision and concern. This was Friday evening, and doctor’s offices were closed. I decided rather than go to the emergency room, and wait around, etc., I’d see what I could do until Monday. So I pulled out a bottle of these eye drops and dropped a few in the eye. After the initial sensation, which always happens for me, my eye felt soothed, relieved. The following day my vision came back and the pain went away. As I’m typing this, two days later, I have no problems. It truly is amazing!

I have been using this product for a long time with good success. However, the last shipment contained new designed vials which are very poorly made compared to the original design. they are very difficult to open and some of them do not puncture properly. They should return to the original packaging. ASAP.

I don't notice any difference in night vision, so that is hard to rate. However, I read that people who took these drops improved eye condition and avoided cataract surgery. I take the drops twice daily for improved moisture and to help reduce floaters, in addition to also avoid cataract problems... hopefully.

Like most people, I have two eyes...LOL. My right eye was developing excessive halos at night and causing me to avoid night driving. I used Brite eyes III for about six months and the halo problems were reduced markedly.My left eye was damaged when I was a child, and as such, developed a cataract early. I had cataract surgery that replaced the cataract with a plastic lens. However, even after I had a YAG surgery (to clean up problems after the cataract surgery) I began to develop foggy vision. It was similar to being in a bright fog just before it dissipates. Since I had such good results with Brite Eyes before, I thought I'd see what would happen if I used it on that left eye. I am astounded to find that after months of worsening vision, the fogginess has cleared considerably after only two weeks. I am absolutely amazed.This product reminds me of glucosamine...decades ago, back when I started using that for knee pain, all the pharmacists and doctors said it was bogus. Now, people readily accept it as being the treatment of choice for knee issues.If a product works, it doesn't matter what the establishment says, now does it?

Like the NAC ingredient. But they can never get the bottles right. Sometimes hard to punch the hole on the bottle. Do not like the idea that you have to refrigerate after opening, can't travel with it. May be looking for another brand.

I love keeping a bottle in the refrigerator. I use the drops pretty much once a day and find relief for itchy eyes immediately. I’m also at an age where cataracts can be an issue and I believe my vision’s slightly clearer when I’m faithful to use these.
