My grandson liked but the screen is a little dark and sometimes hard to see

My nephew is going through a sonic phase .bought it as a birthday gift he really didn't play with it. Overall its a nice product. He was over the top about it . Came packaged nicely , its ready to play right out the box

This looks cool, but it is not worth the money. The graphics are so light and so bad you can barely see anything. It's not really clear what you are doing or what you are supposed to do to play. My 5 year old likes it well enough just because he loves sonic, but all it does is make noise. And since he is 5 he feels like he is actually playing it. I'd say don't waste your money.

The gift that your grandma bought you for Christmas, or your birthday, thinking it was the newest and most bad ass video game -- is back! These things suck. I say that as I type a 5-star review, because they're so bad, they're good. As soon as I turned it on and heard the music, it reminded me of when I was 9 years old and playing it thinking, "This sucks ass.". They're a cool decoration to have in a game room and to look at and laugh at along with friends who played them too. For anyone who may have no idea what these things are, they're crappy little AAA powered, glorified calculators, that has the same amount of fun time and wow factor of a piece of Fruit Stripe chewing gum. Most likely, if you found this and are considering buying it, you know what it is. Get it, because they used to be so hard to find. I'm glad I got one and I hope they bring back all of the ones they originally had. They're a must have collectible for kids who grew up in the 90's - early 00's.

I bought this for my sons Easter basket. The screen is so very dark! Very hard to see what you are doing! I see no instructions on how to fix it. My son has to sit by a light to play it. He does seem to like it though. Just sit by really good lighting to play it!

I'm excited to have this classic game available again. I like the packaging and the graphics. My only real complaint is that the game is hard to see. I compared it to my genuine 1995 Toy Story game from Tiger and the Toy Story game is much easier to see in the same lighting conditions. My classic Toy Story game is also louder, but I prefer the softer volume of this Sonic 3 game.

I bought this for my nephew for xmas a few years ago and it still works. He loves it. This is a new way to keep a child distracted and entertained off of a tablet or phone. Easy game and enjoyable.

Got this as a gift for my 9 year old since he loves Sonic. I'm very disappointed because I really wanted him to like it. The price is great but you get what you pay for I guess. The unit looks very nice but the screen is so tiny and dark that it makes it nearly impossible to see the characters. I would not recommend, unfortunately.

7 year old could not be happier! The screen could be a little brighter and the noise less screechy - but seeing his happy the kiddo is it is great 👍
