Yes, this does work with the Ozonics HR230

If the actual battery does not match the picture, is the actual battery sent the wrong battery?

Careful....per the description, this is supposed to be the extended life battery (SG-BA02XLP), with 8 full hours in treestand mode; 10 hours in blind mode. However, Mike's Archery shipped me the standard life battery (SG-BA02), which only provide 4 hours in treestand mode and 10 hours in blind mode. Have to return it on my own dime. Not happy.

Does it come with a charger

The Ozonics XL Battery does not come with a charger but uses the same charger that comes with the Ozonics Unit. The XL Battery works great BTW & easily has double to triple life of standard battery.

Does it come fully charged?

I bought two 4 or 5 years ago but I would say don't plan on it. If you bought the battery I assume you already have a charger. Put it on and charger it up. Just a note. These batteries when fully charged will last around 5 or 6 hours running. Unless the quality has suffered under the supply issues of the past year these really are a good buy.
