I have been looking for a good set up in my car for my phone for years. Everything else I've tried doesn't hold, immediately falls off or falls off while driving. I placed this holder on my windshield right below my rear view mirror. It was easy to place and the adhesive is just enough to place it before using the vacuum seal. The tilting and rotating capabilities are not only helpful but require no tools and adjustable while holder is in place. So far it hasn't fallen off once and the magnet has been more than sufficient to hold the phone but not make removal dofficult. I do recommend this mount.

I was really hoping this phone holder would perform better, especially for the price I paid. While the overall aesthetic looks nice, the functionality was disappointing. I followed the instructions exactly and allowed the suction cup to sit for 24 hours without use, as recommended. Unfortunately, the suction still failed and eventually came loose. It also never seemed to sit securely where I mounted it, which made me question the overall strength of the suction from the start. The magnet was another letdown. Even though the product claims to hold phones securely, I found that the magnetic hold was weaker than expected and did not keep my phone as stable as I would have liked. There are many phone holders on the market that advertise military-grade strength and durability, and I was hoping this product would perform at a similar level. Unfortunately, it fell short of those expectations. The design looks good, but when it comes to what matters most—holding the phone securely—the suction and magnet simply didn't deliver. Because of that, I can only give it 2 stars. Update: After leaving a review for a previous LISEN phone mount that didn't work well for me, LISEN sent me this model to test. I have to say, this one is a huge improvement! I still use the phone mount I bought to replace the original one, but now I use this LISEN mount on the passenger side for my son. It's perfect because I don't have to keep adjusting the position of my main mount. I can place this one directly in front of him so he can comfortably watch videos during our longer car rides without having to look at the screen sideways. The suction on this model is excellent. That was my biggest complaint with the previous LISEN mount, but this one holds incredibly well on the dashboard. It also rotates easily, so switching between portrait and landscape mode is quick and convenient depending on what we're using the phone for. Another bonus is that the charging cable reaches my son without any issues, so he can keep his phone charged while watching something. I use a Samsung Galaxy S25, and it fits securely and stays in place without slipping. I haven't had the chance to test how it performs after sitting in extreme summer heat for an extended period, but so far it has exceeded my expectations. The suction is strong, the phone feels secure, and it does exactly what it's designed to do. Overall, this is a fantastic phone mount, and I'd absolutely give it 5 out of 5 stars. Haven't had it that long but seems like a great product. We bought four of these, two for each car. It's nice that they come with a hard plastic mounting pad for the suction cup. The swiveling of the arm is very stiff but in my opinion that is a good thing so that it's not always lowering on its own. Comes with everything you need for installation. The one thing I would recommend are alcohol wipes for cleaning the area that it will be installed on. The magnet is very strong and my phone hasn't fallen off yet over bumps or vibrations. What I liked about this phone mount is the arm because it has to mount on the dash and most other mounts that don't have an arm make my phone have to be flat or not a good enough angle. All of the parts seem heavy duty using metal for the arm and hard plastic it seems very sturdy for the rest. When not in use you can fold the arm and the magnet up onto itself for a compact look. It's my phone easy to see or reach.

Overall the product is good. Solid construction and the arm joints are stiff so it can easily hold up even a large tablet, the magnet is also significant which is nice. Where this product falls short is the suction cup and attachment mechanism. Regularly I have to readjust and reattach it to make it secure. The seal seams to weaken overtime especially when left in a hot car. It's not a huge deal but it makes you worry it will lose its secure connection and fall if it's in a hanging position. With the lever mechanism I thought I would be able to really secure it but the limited movement only puts slight pressure on the suction cup. I also think wish there was a center pivot point. You can spin the arm but because it is offset it doesn't give the same rotation as if the center spun. It makes it annoying as you have to unsuction it and reattach it to get the exact position you want. Overall I would still recommend it.

This is one of the best mounts I have ever used. The suction cup is very strong and the magnet is really strong. This will not fall off your windshield. A great purchase and find.

This seemed like the best value, and I have bought this brand before so I bought it. Easy to setup. I would stay clamp it down firmly when first putting it up. It worked superbly in the beginning but after a few months it lost the grip, and the phone would continuously fall off. I contacted Lisen, and they sent me a free replacement. It has been fine otherwise, its sturdy, the phone stays stable. Even comes with magnets if your phone doesn't have a magnet or magnetic case. I will give them 5 stars for now and will update if the replacement also loses grip after some time. I am hoping this was a one-off lemon that I got initially.

Sturdy holder, strong suction, neat design, and a great price. However, I needed it on the dashboard behind the car screen, to hold my phone vertically at the same time as keeping it connected to the car by cable. I follow Google Maps on the car’s screen, but need the phone connected at the same time. Unfortunately, the pivot shaft is too short, so this setup isn’t possible in my Toyota RAV4. Also, I paid for a new item, but it appeared to be refurbished: the box wasn’t sealed, the manual was oddly folded, and there were scratches on the protective film covering the suction base. It may not have been used, but it was clearly handled. Overall, a good product, but not suitable for my setup, and disappointing condition for a supposedly new item.

The magnet is strong and holds the phone securely. The suction base works well, and the adjustable angle is very convenient. Overall it feels sturdy and easy to use, although the mount is a little bulkier than I expected.

This works for Samsung Galaxy smartphones as well that are MagSafe, so it worked perfectly with my S25 Ultra, and if you look in the detailed description on the Amazon website, you will find a long list of other smartphones that this works with. Older Samsung smartphones, and Google Pixel for example. I was concerned about how well this would work through my MagSafe-compatible protective case, but it was perfectly fine, and the hold on my phone was good, as was the grip to my car dash, which was not perfectly smooth but slightly textured, but again, a good result. I was careful to give it the 24 hours that the instructions suggested for the adhesion to settle, and even if it had not, the kit provided 3M pads as an alternative. While my car has one of the best satnavs around, I still prefer Waze on my smartphone which even warns you of up-and-coming potholes in the road and that means that this phone holder makes this readily available to me. The problem is that UK law is very strict on phones being the reach of the driver so placement of the holder is something that has to be considered carefully. Also, there are rules about where it can be placed if you are attaching it to the inside of your windscreen because of hindering visibility of the road. Taking this into account, the holder is very flexible in how it can be positioned and the arm is very stable. No rattling around with the car is in motion and I saw no sign of my phone moving off the attachment. Currently, I have put my phone in a landscape orientation on top of the dashboard so that it is less obvious and see how that works out but I have seen people attach them to the screen of their infotainment systems. I have not done that because I think it would be in the way even though I do not necessarily need the touch screen when I can access everything via the steering wheel controls as well, so I might give it a go. This is a brilliant phone holder.
