Exactly as advertised and shown in the pictures. The material is not thin nor thick. It is just right. The blouse fits me perfectly out of the bag. Some reviews say the blouse is "snug", but the product description does say "Slim Fit" probably because there are 6 darts (2 in front, 2 in back and 2 under the arm pits). Just look at the pictures. The only thing that I kind of do not like are the style of the cuffs. They are made so that women with short arms can easily roll them up. I have very long arms so that I do not need to roll them up. However, it will be very easy if I need to roll the sleeves up a little bit to wash my hands,

This shirt color is really really pretty! I love the color and the fit that I would want to buy more of these. Also the wrist part of the shirt looks really really great! It looks really great both folding and not folding!! It make the shirt look more unique and fashionable.

I was a little skeptical on the size/quality of the shirt based on some previous reviews. I took a leap and ordered a medium (5'2, 138lbs) and it fit well. The arms are slightly long on me but I usually have my sleeves rolled up anyway so no biggie. I'm impressed with the quality and fit so much so that I have purchased 3 other colors and intend to get one of each color made over time. The shirt isn't thick but isn't thin either. I am able to wear an undershirt without looking bulky. I like this fit and the colors better than I do my similar shirts from Banana Republic.

Ordered a size up because of the reviews. Totally regret it. 32A chest, 27inch waist, 5'5 height and I found the medium way too baggy, especially the sleeves and chest area. I feel I should have gotten a small or extra small. Disappointed by the misleading reviews. The fabric isn't the best but not the worst either. Feels stiff and synthetic like it would wrinkle easily but I'm not sure because I haven't worn it out (and I dont plan on it, its going to be returned.)

I am a Medium and I ordered a black XL, it came still tight, wearable, but tight, also the buttons are small, I am a waitress and the first day I used it for work it kept randomly oppening by itself, It was a nightmare!!! However, the design of this shirt is very feminine, it actually favors my siluette, and looks sexy. Overall, thats the most important thing for me, also the material is perfect, not too thin, not too thick, what I did was sewing the buttons part in a way that it wont open anymore, next day my coworkers were asking me where I got that shirt that looks so great. I will definitely buy another one, but this time 2XL. I would recommend the manufacturer that get bigger buttons or smaller buttons holes.

This shirt's quality of material, construction, and color is great! But the sizing is inconsistent. I am 5'9", 150 lbs, and I first bought a purple one in size M. It fit perfectly at the shoulders, bust, waist, and sleeve length; it quickly became my favorite shirt to wear with a bow tie. I loved it so much I ordered a second one in royal blue, but the blue one is too tight in the shoulders to allow normal movement, the bust is a little too snug, the sleeves aren't long enough, and it's so small at the neck that if I button the top button I feel like I'm being strangled--so I could never wear a bow tie with it. It's really sad, because the royal blue is beautiful, but not currently available in size L. Should I try to exchange for another medium and hope it fits more like my purple one? I wish I knew. I love my purple shirt. I just wish the sizing were more reliable.

I’m usually a small or medium in shirts and after reading reviews I went with the medium. It’s not too tight or too loose. Shipped fast and I love the cuffs. Very easy to roll up at work. Material is thin which is perfect for serving. Would definitely recommend!

This is a nice shirt, washed well in washer and held up through the dryer. Took it out promptly so I don’t know about wrinkling, I didn’t have to iron it. I bought this to wear in a rodeo, and while running it came slightly untucked so it’s a little short if you are raising arms or stretching your torso. I ordered this in the light pink and I got a light purple (minus 1 star), it is a thin and light weight shirt, But very comfortable and you would be able to see a dark bra underneath it for sure
