Lasts a long time in the garden.
My original trowels (like these, all metal and simple) were seasonal at the dollar store, 4 years ago. I misplaced mine (probably in a compost bag somewhere) and couldn't find these in stores! Thank goodness for Amazon. Didn't realize they are for kids and sand. These are the best bang for your buck!!!

Even more adorable in person
These are really cute. Ordered them for a garden party where we planted seeds. We used them for about an hour and they were perfect. Super cute.

Great for kids, but not super durable if you are using for gardening, weeding etc.
