What is the largest size head the hat will fit?

60 cm equals 7 1/2 (XL) American hat size, per internet search.

If this is a one size fits all hat, does that mean that everyone has the same size head? there is no such thing as a "one size fits all" hat

What is the measurement around head circumference?

It is hard to accurately measure as it is a very flexible hat. But I just measured at approximately 23/24” with a tape measure. That makes sense because I can wear it comfortably and my head is 24” circumference.
