I don't understand all the whinings from other reviewers are all about. This Hepa filters is almost identical to the OEM version...I almost couldn't tell if there wasn't the sticker from IQAir - which, essentially cost me extra $80. I'm not not sure how someone could tell if it "stop working" after one week - And "clean smell" - are you kidding ? The clean smell is No Smell !! How could you tell ?? I'm an engineer, and I am familiar with the class 1000 or 10,000 clean room environment. I'd have to use particle counter machine to measure the amount of particles in the room - which I don't bother to do, because my allergy has gone away, no sneezing and eye watering. What bothering me is I noticed that the "clean room smell" review was the last one shown since last year...which means that the consumers actually believe in such subjective opinion without giving a good product a chance...this is how the marketeers manipulate the market...I spent good money for the high quality product, not fancy marketing manipulation - or some anal retentive person with merely subjective opinions.

We bought this filter because it was less expensive and so far, after a good month or more of use, it is working great and doing what it should be. It works every bit as good as the more expensive name brand filters and we are very pleased to have a quality product for less.

So, realistically I don't have a good way to know how well a filter is working. It felt lighter and not quite as nice as the name brand, but given the price I expected that. It fit in the IQAir fine and no indications of any problems.Does it achieve the exact same level of filtration as the OEM filters? I don't know. But it seems to be working fine, allergies haven't gotten worse, and I strongly suspect that the performance per dollar is significantly better than the OEM filters.

This aftermarket product states its for iQair , it does not work well, it makes a tremendous noise, in a month you will be replacing. be sure you contact the seller withing their 30 days return limit. never mind that their product is defective!! they don care about that. Do not count on lIFE SUPPLY USA company to give refund FOR THEIR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT HYPER AIR FILTER, because it is defective!! do no count on AMAZON TO BACK UP A REFUND!! THEY CALL IT A-Z REFUND , DON'T BELIEVE AMAZON OR LIFE SUPPLY! if you want to buy a aftermarket product, go to HEPA Air Direct they have a superior product, it does cost a little more, but does save you money .

Spend the extra money as the air flow seems very restricted by this filter compared to the OEM or other after market filters... Will use this one but not buy a 2nd time.

The filter module dropped right into our IQ Air HealthPro Plus and we saved approx. $75.00 off the cost of a locally stocked filter. It is manufactured by a company other than IQ Air, but it is very well constructed and I expect it will perform very nicely as a replacement. I will continue to purchase the remaining filter modules for our air cleaner as they come up for replacement from this company. Only negative was that the filter does not come with instructions on how to reset the filter timer, but that is available on line if you can't figure out the procedure by keying through the menus.I was initially nervous that the filter might come damaged due to shipping, but the shipping carton was very sturdy and there was no damage.

Fit perfectly into our air cleaner, Slightly different design then the manufacture model but the still work great and cost less.

As others here have noted, the air flow coming from this filter is much less than from an original, or even generic filters from other suppliers.I gave this a few days trial, but i'm afraid to leave it in longer, as it may burn out the motor. The flow is so restricted, it makes it totally unusable.Customer service not helpful either.
