I ordered the hook faja not the zip one. I am 180 pounds with size 48 hips. I purchased the XL size. Fits perfectly! I have tried MANY body shapers through the years and this one by far is the BEST TUMMY SNATCHER I've worn!! Most body shapers do a good job of snatching in my butt, hips and thighs but do very little for my stomach, which is my biggest problem area. Most of them smooth the belly rolls but don't snatch it in very much.. Hunny, this one snatched my tummy all the way in!! I mean flat!! I absolutely love the tummy snatching power of this one. It gave me an hour glass shape like none other. It was very hard to get on because of the snatching power of it, but once I got it on, it was very comfortable. I also love that it has two rows of snaps. I'm currently using the first row, but when I lose weight (which I plan to do) I can use the second row. That way I can still get the same fit without having to buy a whole new faja, because these things aren't cheap! I also love the zipper on the crotch area. Trust me, once you get this thing on you don't want to have to pull it down until you get home. Some women think urinating through an open crotch is nasty, I don't. Its perfectly fine if you know how to do it. And it is definitely convenient. If you need a lesson on how to urinate through an open crotch without getting urine on your faja here it is (this is going to get real so if you're modest, don't read it). Take your fingers and spread your labia open, especially if you're hairy down there. This helps to create a clear passage way for the uretha. If the labia is not open or hair is blocking the uretha, this will cause urine to spray and not flow even, which is the number one reason your clothes get wet. As the urine starts to stream, lean slightly forward this way the urine flows into the toilet and not back on your clothes. Lastly, have a piece of tissue in hand so the minute the stream stops you can wipe immediately before the back drip starts. I also keep a travel size pack of wipes with me to wipe myself. This helps me feel fresher and keeps my faja from smelling like urine. The zipper on this faja zips all the way back almost to your buttocks so the opening is definitely wide enough that you shouldn't get any urine on you or your faja if you urinate properly. If you're going to wear pantyhose with it, make sure you put the faja on first and wear the pantyhose over the faja. The legs of the faja have non slip strips on them that cling to your bare legs and prevent the legs from rising up. If you wear it over pantyhose, the pantyhose will create a slippery surface and the strips cannot grip your legs. This will cause the legs to slide all the way up to your crotch! It also defeats the purpose of having an open crotch if you wear pantyhose under it. The last thing I will say is. You DO NOT wear underwear with this. (I read this in someones comment). What's the purpose of buying an open crotch if you wear underwear! I hope this review helps!!

This is day 2 of me wearing this item post TT/flank lipo. I noticed last night after I peeled myself out of it that I had NO swelling. Previously I had swelling either at the top or the bottom depending on where my compression binder sits. I was looking for something that put the pressure in all places and kept me fully compressed plus let me use the bathroom easily. This one does what I need to do. I’m able to stuff lipo foam in, lay down flat and hook myself up. Today was easier than yesterday. One thing I noticed is that the legs have some super grippy material on them. This is really good because it keeps them in place. I also like the wide straps that don’t dig into my shoulders. It gives a lot of room to be adjusted. I purchased a medium first but couldn’t get it over my thighs. I kept it, hoping that as I lose weight I’ll eventually get into it but this large is so tight, and I’ll just on the first set of hooks. I don’t know that I’ll have a need to go down a size. Either way, this is a good investment. And I love the Cocoa color as well.

I have been wearing full body shapewear for years and I have recently lost 20+ lbs so I needed a smaller/tighter one that would still hold in my mom pooch without flattening my butt. (For reference, I am 5'9 195lbs) I have ordered several and sent all of them back. This is the ONE! I followed the size guide and made sure my measurements fell between what they recommended and it fits perfectly! I wanted one that felt tight especially around my stomach. This one is absolutely perfect! Fits very snug like a girdle without being uncomfortable or unbearable, but most importantly it holds that pooch in! I was worried about the length of the thigh because I'm use to one that is longer, but it fits beautifully on my thick thighs and wasn't visible through my jeans or slacks. I even tried it on with textured leggings and couldn't see the thigh band through them. One of the absolute best surprises with this shapewear is how it made my butt look! Holy ham hocks! I have never stood in the mirror and looked at my butt for so long! It looks amazing! My husband was VERY impressed! Those cheeks were sitting up nice!! 😉. It smooths everything out, makes my waist snatched, and gives me a "natural" bbl look! What's not to love!? I read where others had issues with the arm straps rubbing under their armpits. That wasn't a problem for me, but I have purchased strap extenders on Amazon before to remedy this issue with another shapewear and it worked perfectly, so I recommend doing that if you have that issue. This is a very well made, thick and durable product worth every penny! Best money I've spent in a long time!

I’m 5’ 8.5” 203lbs I bought a L for no reason other than to look thinner than I actually am. I’ve worn waist clinchers & corsets before so I knew it would be difficult to put on at first and wasn’t afraid to tuck and roll “Tina the talking tummy” & “Back fat Betty”. IYKYK. As far as eliminating that wonderful busted can of biscuits look that i live with it did the trick!! I even fit comfortably in a smaller set of scrubs. Multiple people at work made comments abt how amazing I looked. I wish i cld tell them it was bc i stuck to a healthy way of eating, calories in /calories out blah blah blah bs. But alas I still love to eat so i had to admit that my fat was just shoved & tucked nicely into this not so attractive garment. I mean, let’s be honest, it’s no Victoria’s Secret looking thing but whatever. My torso felt supported and I felt like it helped my posture as well. I was walking tall & proud. The only negative thing I have to say is that the shoulder straps are NOT made for tall people. The straps so tight they were digging into my skin no matter how I tried to adjust the garment. After work I b-lined it straight to Wally World & bought some bra extenders. One set of those helped a little bit I actually think I may need to add an additional set but I’ll try it with the one set tomorrow and see how it goes bc it could just be that my shoulders are rubbed raw & have indents all the way to China from not having any extenders this first day. Oh and the zipper in the crotch in order to pee. Let’s just say that was interesting. I wore underwear bc I was not about to have a Something About Mary incident with my V. So when i went to the bathroom i had to do the bathing suit slide over which worked but i was worried. Thank goodness I did the “other” before work bc that was not gonna happen whether i had underwear on or not. Seriously, IMO that would be a pretty risky venture. All in all i give this product an A bc the strap issue is pretty easily fixed for less than $10.

I knew as soon as I put it on that it was going to be amazing but I wanted to wait a full 24 hours before posting a review. It is so comfortable. It holds everything really well. I really love the full zipper for when that is needed. I can't say enough good things about this. I have purchased many over the years of other brands and non come close this quality and just hold. It has different stretches in various places as it should and as you need for example the fabric is a little different around the glutes. I am 5' 1"-2" and 134 lbs and I got a Medium. It is on the first size of it and it fits tight as it should but comfortable. So, it'll be great to be able to make it tighter as I slim down. I originally ordered small but I didn't even try to put it on because it looks so small. So I ordered a medium to see how this one would look and I'm keeping this one and returning the small. I'm actually getting another one in black in a medium as well! I love it highly recommend!!!

Overall I like this product - especially for the price. 1) I initially purchased the M&D 0065 in Med for $113.99. It was too small. (FYI size up). So I ordered the Sonryse 211 faja . It was the same exact style as the M&D 0065 but much less in the cost @ $66.99. I mean the EXACT style. So if you’re overwhelmed with what to get this is a better choice price wise. OH and I got a Large in the Sonryse and their size chart was accurate to measurements 2) HIGH COMPRESSION I was only able to get to 1st hooks. It will be a while before I can add my ab board because there is no room 3) this is for ppl with longer torsos for sure 4) As of yet I haven’t walked much in it but I don’t think the thighs will be an issue for me at least. 5) I don’t think I need the chest strap 6) the high back is a plus 7)crotch zipper allows for easy access Overall this is a good faja. Great comfort if you want high compression. Not too much stretch- just enough to get on comfortably. Thick quality material- what I expected. Fit is very comfortable I don’t see an issue being able to wear this under clothing. And the sizing is accurate- I am 5’10 waist 31 & hips 40. Hopefully as time goes on I will get down to be able to wear the other brand I bought. However I wish that I had purchased this Sonryse 211 first!!! *as I sit and write this review the compression is effective . Which is a good thing right?*

If I wanted to huff and puff into a small I could but got a medium. Still snug enough to do exactly what I wanted it too. I’m 5’9 and 178 lbs. this is my new favorite everyday under garment. ONLY thing is.. the shoulder straps, they have actually made little cuts on my shoulders. I have to constantly readjust them or they will dig no matter what clasp I put on. I saw some reviews on not enough butt area. There is more than enough room. It’s great. Just the straps get me.

Ok. So let’s be real. I’ve spent at least close to $500 to $600 trying the best faja for stage 2 after my tummy tuck. I had 10lbs of excess skin removed after 110lbs weight loss. After the surgery the last thing I thought is that I needed to be shopping for fajas… think again!!! This surgery is very uncomfortable and I’m told it’s going to be a long recovery. I’m 4 months post surgery and I’m still very swollen. I’m 4’9 125lbs. So finding the right faja has been the biggest challenge. I have a very short torso. Putting this faja on takes some skill because of all the little clips. You do some and the others come undone. Be patient, it gets easier. My husband still has to help me. I find it easier to put on if I lay down than standing up. It has two sizes of clips. I use it on the first one, but should probably be using it on the second one because of the swelling, but I like for everything to feel very tight. It makes me feel more mentally secure about my belly that is still quite swollen. It gives the best support I have found in any faja because I had so much excess skin, they were only able to remove the excess in the abdomen, I still have a jelly roll in the back. It gives a great butt lift (which I’m happy with mine) but not complaining with the enhancement. It makes it look perky, but natural. Again, more confidence. I like that it lets me wear my own bra, but here is where the one star ⭐️ comes off. The straps are short even for such a petite person like me 4’9, they really dig into my skin. It leaves really bad red marks on my skin. I wish I could make this my everyday wear but the straps make it too uncomfortable that I only wear it on the weekends for going out. The open crotch made me nervous initially. I was too scared to go to the bathroom because I had previously bought another open crotch faja and my first time going to the bathroom was an absolute nightmare. This one has such a huge opening that you can do both necessities comfortably with no mishaps (tried and true many times). So my overall review. This is the best faja I have ever used and I’ve used a lot of them in my life..specially before my surgery because of all the excess skin I carried around. Like I said, I still have excess skin in my back so I still need things smoothed out so I’ll continue wearing this for a long time not just while I heal. Last but not least and before I forget…The thighs. I have big thighs and it doesn’t cut into them and it doesn’t roll up either. I really hope this review helps you.
