Smaller ice cubes have more surface area exposed to the liquid and melts quicker. The amount of time your ice ball lasts depends on ambient temperature, you can expect it to last from 1 to 2 drinks. How to use: • Place the bottom half of the ice ball mold on a flat surface and fill it 2/3rds full. • Position the top half of the ice ball mold so it lines up and lower it onto the base. This will push the water into the cavities filling the mold. Any excess water will flow over into the spill tray in the lid. • The water level should just touch the overflow holes in the top mold to allow for the water to expand in the freeze process. • Place the mold on a level surface inside the freezer. The orbs should be solid in about 4-6 hours, depending on freezer temperature. • After the orbs are frozen solid place it at room temperature for a 1-2 minutes. • The orbs can be easily removed out of its cavities.
