How are the pages ruled? What do the pages look like?

These are ok but need to find the 7 7/8 x 5 1/4 cash book by NorcomInc (bar code 0 26229 94580 9). That was ruled perfectly!

How many books will come, one or four?

Only one book.... this seller is misleading when they are selling these books.... I am not pleased and will never buy from them again....
