It is easy to assemble and install and looks good. The solar panel charges a battery during the day and once it gets dark the orb lights up providing a nice ambient decorative light that shines a cool design.

This is a very beautiful solar light. At night it is bright and casts a nice pattern. The stake comes in 3 parts: the top part has the light and the solar panel. The middle part is a rod the screw into the top part. The bottom part is a rod with a prong that pushes into the ground. It is very sturdy and stays in place once it is assembled and pushed into the ground. The item I received has an issue with the middle rod - the part that you need to screw into the bottom rod to did not have threads to accept the bottom rod - so I can not attach the middle rod properly, so i screwed the the bottom rod into the top part making the whole thing about 10 inches shorter. Overall a very nice addition to my garden.

The product is super cute and works well. However, I was clearly given a used item. The middle pole was bent, and the styrofoam to protect the poles had been clawed through already. It was clearly a return. It works, so I’m keeping it, but I’ll never leave a 5 star review for something I thought was new but received used.
