Great Pasta!
These are great! If you have a gluten problem with American made pasta, these don’t hurt my stomach. Cook time is pretty comparable to most pastas. Really tasty!

My husband who is on a very restricted diet said “be sure to buy the same pasta next time”!
Texture, flavor were a hit with my husband. On a very restricted diet including no tomatoes, it is often used as a main dish with a pasta sauce he can eat. Using a garlic and good olive oil base adding shellfish or chicken, some broth and white wine with some varied seasonings, the pasta shines,it cooks to Al dente and holds up very well above all others. He said be sure to buy the same pasta next time!

ERROR ON BOX RE: COOKING TIME
I was leery when I received this product and saw the cooking time of 12-15 minutes. I am an Italian who has been cooking Italian pasta (not the crappy American kind) for many decades. I pulled a strand out of the simmering water at just 9 minutes because it looked cooked, and when I tasted it, it was soft; I should have pulled it out at least one minute earlier for al dente doneness. So, lesson learned. The quality of this pasta is excellent, a fact which the many people who bought it will never know, since they will overcook it due to the glaring error on the box. Please start checking for doneness at 7 minutes to get the proper doneness. It is excellent when SIMPLY dressed. Butter or extra virgin olive oil, some Pecorino Romano or Parmigiano Reggiano, and a dry white or red. Enjoy your fettuccine.
