is this handset wire good for at&t phone handsets on all phones?? we will soon find out??

I purchased this to use it with the handset on an AT&T Audix console for the PBX. I believe that most handset cords are universal but find that phones manufactured in certain Asian countries are not to spec and therefore the handset cords are loose or don't make a secure connection. Works great for the receptionist when she wants to get up and check the fax machine or get something out of storage 6 feet away from the console.I would also recommend an swivel adapter to keep the cord from becoming "snarled."

Anyone know what the wire gauge used in these handset cables?

What is the inner diameter?

The inner diameter of what? It connects to your phone via a standard RJ-11 connector.

Does it actually extend 25ft?

No it does not extend 25 feet however I have not tried to stretch it out. I suspect it may after I break it in.

It's a handset cord. It works!!!

I needed a long cord for the only wired phone in the house, you should have one just in case. The cord is long and serving it's purpose. We don't use this phone often but it is serving it's purpose. Got it at a good price also.
