Brain Quest 3rd Grade Q&A Cards: 1000 Questions and Answers to Challenge the Mind. Curriculum-based! Teacher-approved! (Brain Quest Smart Cards) Review: Great Complimentary Set along with the Workbook - We just received this and my son is so into these cards. We try and do 6-10 pages a day of the Brain Quest workbook and if he becomes sidetracked or I feel he's getting lazy we mix it up and give these Brain Quest cards a go. Either way Brain Quest has done an incredible job in making learning fun. I am always looking for ways to keep my 8+ year old stimulated. As much as he could build legos all day I prefer him to do activities in which he will learn and be prepared for this incoming school year. In absence of camp this summer and my son choosing NOT to do anymore ZOOM based activities he's enjoying the Brain Quest Book and Cards. I am please when he takes the initiative to pick up either and asks "what he can do?" in terms of activities. It's really nice to see that he is responding well to these methods of learning. Best of luck to all trying to survive this time and keeping our children safe, entertained and mentally stimulated. It is trial and error for sure. Review: Super Brain Quest 3rd Grade Q&A cards - My grandson is going into 3rd grade in September, I bought the Brain Quest 3rd Grade Book, as well as this Q&A Card Game. My grandson hasn’t touched the “Book”, but every time I see him (3 times a week I’m his caregiver) we are quizzing each other and who ever happens to be around. It’s a hit. Makes learning fun, like playing jeopardy! Only you have a way better chance of knowing the answer. Questions range from Math, Language Arts, Science, Social Studies, History, Miscellaneous, on each card and card in back has answers. Fun and educational. Great road trip game, fits in pocket book so can be brought to restaurant for entertainment while you wait for your table or meal. Works for me.

We bought Brain Quest Grade 3 as a fun game for my two younger kids (aged 7 and 8) to play at dinnertime. But then the whole family started getting involved in our "Are you smarter than a 3rd grader" game. My fifth grader also loves joining in as do my husband and I. The kids practically beg us to play every school night. This game has 2 "Deck" of questions per box. There are 111 cards total between the two decks and they have 7 categories for each card. The categories are broken up into math, language arts, science, math (again), language arts (again), social studies and miscellany. The first math and language arts questions are easier and the following increase in complexity. There are so many combined questions that we haven't even scratched the surface of making it through them all. The cards the questions are printed on are very sturdy and are connected at the bottom in the separate decks. This helps prevent any lost cards. Which we all know is inevitable with little ones. It also makes this a great deck to take in the car or on trips. My family gives this game a full A+. We are looking forward to buying other grade levels in the future.

My second grader loves to do trivia activities, so when I remembered Brain Quest from my childhood, I knew he would love it! He gets so excited to sit down and get quizzed. The questions are a good mix of challenging and easy, and he doesn't get bored of them. I love that it presents a great learning opportunity for him, and that there are so many good questions for us to keep going to. It really doesn't get old.

A classic and fun way to learn
My 8 year old stepson loves brain quest. I have been buying him the brain quest cards since kindergarten and we always have a great time with them. He loves learning and making it a fun game. I used to use these brain quest cards when I was a kid so he loves to hear about that too... you know way back when in the 90s lol

Portable Brain Teaser
A cool, portable, little brain teaser game. The kids are having fun being quizzed, and quizzing both each other, and themselves.

Nice littel carry along study tool
I really like this product because you can take it everywhere with you. I normally put it in pocket book when I am taking the bus, train or have appointment that we have to wait. I use it as a challenging game with my son. The questions are aged appropriate and it's fun. It is a great way to have fun with my son and at the same time reinforcing what my son is learning in school, also teach him. The contents are mixture of all subjects; including math, science, social studies and phonics.

Fantastic
This set of Brain Quest questions are great! We have them in the car and everyone gets a chance to answer. It often is something to do instead of ipod, ipad, or watching a dvd. It's interesting that they include questions about computers and other topics - things my 8 year old hasn't learned yet - that are important to get a handle on. We talk about and teach on all the questions he doesn't know. It's endless opportunities to learn and have fun! I highly recommend this!

These are a lot of fun!…quick and easy to use. Perfect for those time you have to sit and wait e.g. in a restaurant waiting for your order…and don’t take up a lot of space in a Mom or Gramma’s purse! Lol

I've been a huge fan of Brain Quest for a long time now. It's a whole lot of entertainment for kids who love a good challenge. The only thing is: about one-third of the questions are geared toward an American audience so kids from other parts of the world may not get what those questions are about.
