TriCoPolymer VOC Free Non Toxic 5-gal. Clear Satin ConKrete-Seal

This is really good stuff. I applied with a Varathane blue (water based) applicator pad and it came out great. Recommend 2 coats. Finish is very tolerant to how you apply it. Dries for 2nd coat in a couple hours. After a day it is good to go. Recommend you mop and vacuum up dust before applying for a better result. Smell is very mild and although I am not a chemist it seems pretty non toxic but still yields durable coat. If you get a lot of water on it later eg from a leaky roof stain will turn a milky white. However it will then dry again and look fine.
