How to measure balcony rails？

First determine the area you want to cover, then measure the height of the cover and the length of the railing. If it is not suitable for your size,you can cut it.

Can the screen be cut to fit?

Yes it can. You could cut the screen to fit your railing, however, you would loose the side grommet.You will need to find another way to secure the fence mesh.

Could this be installed inside balcony or outside?

Depending on your balcony’s construction, the screen can be installed on either side of your balcony. However I would suggest if your balcony is more than 10 feet from the ground that for safety sake you install inside the balcony.

Do this product come with zip ties as shown in the photos?

Yes, but it only comes with just enough. If there are no ties inside the package, it can be replaced with rope, etc.

How do you get rid of the wrinkles on the privacy screen?

You can laid your screen out in the sun to stretch out some of the wrinkles before hung the privacy screen. Then attached the top to the fence and let it hang for several days before pulling down and attaching the bottom grommets to the fence.
