ISOP Black Sesame Seed Butter 230gr (8oz) - Healthy Nut Spread - Vegan Food - Good Source of Plant Proteins

I have used this type of butter before and on trying this one I am disappointed. It is nothign liek as nice as others, it is bitter (I know the kernals are slightly bitter, but this was more so), it was mostly oil. Not much in the jar.

the real deal... raw cacao butter... I treat it like medicine... i take 2 small teaspoonfulls a day i dont bother softening it just use a fork to break it up a bit in the jar as its a solid... its an aquired taste as it is a wee bit bitter but once i got used to it... its fine... its a pickmeup....a healthy raw choc treat....

I used this for seed cycling as opposed to ground flaxseed.I liked it but it’s cheaper to stick with the later
