How do you get the pump to work? I’ve tried pushing and twisting and nothing gets the pump to pop up and work!

The only thing I can say is that it is defective. Mine opened with no problem. I have had products that did the same. Return and buy again. Best product around.

Can I use it after I shave? I can’t find this scent in after shave and was looking for an oil to use.

There is an oil in this scent! It's a hair and body moisturizing oil. I have used it EVERYWHERE and it works! Also, there is a post shave spray is this scent, I haven't received it yet but it's on it's way!
