That depends on which documented directions you wish to follow as the back of the box has 2 different directions listed: the bundle and individual.

Directions for this bundle are as follows. 
Step 1 (AM & PM): Skin Therapy Oil - apply thin layer all over body
Step 2: (AM & PM): Massage Lotion - layer on top of oil all over body
Step 3 (PM): Tummy Butter - in PM, following steps 1 & 2, massage butter into belly and other targeted stretch mark-prone areas
2-3x Weekly (AM or PM): Tummy Mask [not included] - for intensive treatment, after steps 1 & 2, apply mask.
As Needed (AM or PM): Soothing Oil [not included] - after shower of bath, spray onto damp skin, let sit for a few seconds, and then pat dry.

The massage cream [included in this bundle] is not mentioned in those directions.

I use it on my stomach and breasts although my breasts got stretch marks from my first pregnancy due to the fact growth but I still use it there.
