Fits my Mazda CX-5 steering wheel, but these bumps started to form around the steering wheel giving it a sloppy look. It serves it’s purpose but the bumps just doesn’t make it look appealing.

I bought this because my current steering wheel, leather wrapped, is both larger and less grippy and more slippery than I was used to, especially in sweaty Texas weather. It also retained heat.I bought this one specifically because of the bumps. I thought these would provide just enough traction and grip without being too obtrusive as you spin the wheel back through your hands after, say, completing a sharp turn, and after installing and trying the wheel out, it does just that.Material quality is good. No odor at all. No creases even though did come folded. Is surprisingly thick and adds girth to the wheel with the bumps. Stitching throughout is clean.Very easy to install but still fit nice and snug on this standard sized wheel.Carbon fiber design at the top and bottom is a bit too plastic seeming for me and shiny. Color works well with my beige interior.Overall, a well built product at a good price that serves its intended purpose wellUPDATE: I like the idea of the bumps. But in practice they end up overwhelming my grip by making the wheel too thick. Not quite what I was looking for

I am happy I bought this steering wheel cover. It has helped give my interior a sporty look. The cover also doesn't soak up any rays from the sun so my steering wheel stay comfortable to the touch...even on extremely hot days.I read through the Amazon reviews of this product and followed other customers' recommendations to leave the wheel cover out in the sun for a few minutes before attempting to install. Letting the wheel cover warm up made the installation process go MUCH EASIER.I recommend buying this product. I wasn't paid for this review nor did I receive this product as a gift.Update: I am very glad that I bought this item. The bumps on the steering wheel cover have actually worked as massage pads when I've had to travel long distance. My hands and wrists don't get tired while maneuvering my wheel like they did in the past. My steering wheel is always cool to the touch even when the rest of the car is scalding hot. I have also received compliments on the wheel cover and have been asked where to buy similar ones for other people's cars. This was definitely a great purchase!

The material of the cover is very cheap and did not hold up for even a week. It became extremely hot all the time and the sides where the leather material is supposed to be would slide up and down because it wasn't fitted correctly causing it to be very loose. Do not waste your money.

This is my second Motor Trend steering wheel cover; the other was a slightly different style installed on a Ford Taurus and it has been great--so when I decided to get a cover for my Outback, I decided to stick with this brand after looking at several alternatives. The tan and black design looks sharp in the car, and I like the feel of the material. Based on the experience with my all-black cover in the Taurus, I expect this will also keep my wheel cooler in the summer. Installation wasn't difficult, you just have to take charge and be willing to pull/try to stretch it a bit along the bottom. Once on there is no slipping, and the edges aren't bothersome in terms of comfort and feel. Happy repeat customer.

This steering wheel cover is everything I desired when looking for a white one to coordinate with the interior details/modifications in my 2005 Dodge, Magnum. Being that it is in the negative degrees here in Minnesota I didn't have the sun on my side when trying to install it. On the contrary I am as stubborn as a mule, had some built up aggression inside that helped me push forward and get the cover on. I took my slightly smaller than hearse of a vehicle for a spin to get a true feel for how the steering wheel cover felt and would handle on the road; it did not disappoint.I installed it slightly crooked and my OCD just wasn't having it. I figured that maybe the heat on full blast may have softened it up and took a chance on removing and reinstalling it.. That did the trick. -For the sake of strength and ability I will mention I am a female and was still able to put it on. My steering wheel is 14.5-15.5 in size fyi. Hope all this info helps.

I compared many different covers, and was not sure I would like the 'bumps' on the cover at the 10 & 2 o'clock positions. Trusted the Motor Trend name, and very happy I did. Was a challenge to install; definitely need to make certain it is hot when putting it on, then just muscle it into position! Once it is on, very comfortable fit, much better than original bare wheel. Good grip, stays cooler, and the designed bumps actually aid with operation and comfort.

It sure makes a ratty OEM wheel in my ’01 Grand Prix something I don’t mind touching. The previous owners seemed to have taken small bites out of it so the back of the wheel didn’t feel very good. This one has some bumps which I expected but it does make for a noticeable difference in the wheel circumference to the point it’s not all that comfortable for my wife with much smaller hands than mine. It works, it looks good with my dark gray interior and time will tell how long it lasts so how much my wife likes it or not. Since I’m the principal driver I’ll go with 4-stars and will update if it doesn’t hold up as well as some other reviewers have noted.
