DEADWOOD - The Ultimate Collection [Region Free]

This has a play all functions to watch intire dice. 4 -5 episodes on each disc. Excellent show. Delivered in time frame.

I went through this series in a week and it was satisfying! The story and dialogue is superb! I got angry, I laughed, I cried, I cry-laughed. I don’t recall ever caring for the characters as much as I did in this. I held off for years to watch it, knowing it didn’t have a proper finale, but with the movie out now for closure, I am so glad I came back to it. Incredible.Note: Episode 4 had audio sync issues by about a half second earlier than lip movement. I had to focus on the eyes of the characters so it didn’t bother me too much. Other than that, the 35 other episodes were synced correctly.

Love this series, unfortunately cut short after season 3, but don't let that stop you. This is the most gritty, nasty, realistic and in some parts, actually funny western I have ever seen, more so than "Tombstone". Warrants repeat viewings. I have both the domestic and this import on blu ray plus an independent HD download, and see no difference what so ever, played back on very high end Samsung equipment. Any grain that detracts and is attributed to poor transfer is misguided. The grain in certain scenes, and there is some grain, is in the original production and cannot be removed. Blaming it on a cheap transfer is just wrong. I repeat these sets are identical. If you are a fan of "Justified", ask yourself who would win in a gunfight, Rylan Givens or Seth Bullock?

Watched this when it was originally streamed in 2016...loved it then. I recently purchased the Deadwood movie (also great) and needed to reconnect some of the character arcs, so I ended up purchasing the 3 season Blu-ray disc set - no issues/good quality. Thoroughly enjoyable.

This is a review on the Deadwood box set with the 18 label in the corner. This will work on PS4 incase there are any questions on playable game system. The quality is a tad grainy but I think they meant for that since it was the same way on HBO.I had no interest in watching this series but after I finished Rome and how outstanding it was this was next on recommendations. This series is great. You will hear people complaining about language and sex but what did you expect? Doesnt bother me a bit as I am an adult and definitely not a prude. Enjoy all!!

It's fun to watch and though not 100%historically accurate, but it's pretty close. Amazing to see all the work which went into the making of this series, especially the costumes and articulation. You'll get some laughs and learn that no matter how cold or calculating a person may be, there is good in all of us. A+ on Cast and crew, Director and all involved!

Well, the language totally threw my husband and myself from the very first sentence -- it is Extraordinarily vulgar and raunchy...but we stuck with it because we were camping at a place with no wifi nor cable. DO NOT WATCH WITH YOUNG CHILDREN AROUND. I was even concerned about my parrot's proximity!! Truth is; we loved it! The ending was kind of vague but it certainly was entertaining. I love anything with Timothy Olyphant in it, anyway :-) Great acting; super cast. Wish it could have gone on.

Unfortunately I didn’t know DVD’s were designed to play according to regions. I ordered a dvd set of this series from a seller in the UK, not realizing what the region information pertained to. Also, found out that it must be shrink wrapped to return it; I opened mine and it wouldn’t play because it was the wrong region. Returning overseas is COSTLY (understatement since it’s a package) plus it was no longer shrink-wrapped. Seller pointed out, and she was correct, that the product description stated information about regions and the ability to play or not. I just didn’t know what that meant. Now I know it means I bought a series of dvds that I cannot play AND cannot return. This purchase, though not the series, goes in the loss column. (Found out the series is on Prime Video for free viewing by prime members, which thankfully I am! Thanks very much, Amazon!)

Ik heb deze serie enkele jaren geleden gezien en vond ze fantastisch dus wou ze zelf in mijn bezit hebben. Alleen is ze bijna nergens betaalbaar te verkrijgen, behalve hier.

Confirmo que está edición UK de Deadwood,la serie completa, NO contiene audio ni subtítulos en castellano, ya que curiosamente HBO y Paramount decidieron no editarla en Blu Ray en España. Ni siquiera llegaron a lanzar la tercera temporada en dvd, sólo las dos primeras. Algo incomprensible, ya que otras series de HBO como Los Soprano, Boardwalk Empire, Hermanos de Sangre, etc., sí que se han editado aquí.De todos modos a mí no me importó (sabía de antemano que no tenía audio castellano) puesto que los diálogos en inglés de esta gran serie son estupendos.Las tres temporadas vienen presentadas en un amaray que incluye los 9 discos, 3 por temporada, con una funda de cartón. Incluye audio inglés, francés y alemán.
