It should fit both knees. It is designed for both of them. The sleeve knee braces are where you have to select which knee if I'm not mistaken.

What are the butterfly strap measurements per size? Got a small and outer straps fit, but inner butterfly straps do not.

I’m not sure what you mean by butterfly straps there are 2 straps that you have to put through a little buckle and bring back around so it adheres to the Velcro. It is stretchy.
