Works great

I bought 3 of these: 1st one was 660 gph, the next two were 1100 gph. I put it in my 100 gallon pond (stock tank) with 4 ducks. If you know ducks, you'll know why I said I abused these. Ducks poop up to 100 times a day each (their poop is full of dirt and sand), and they molt (feathers get sucked into the pumps). These little pumps have had a lot to deal with. When the 660 gph one had problems, I bought the 1100 gph one (Jan 2021) to replace it and kept the first one as backup. Later, (July 2021), I bought a second 1100 gph one as a backup. I currently use one in my hydroponic system and the other in the duck pond. Sometimes they stop working but if I bang them on the side of the tank they start right up. To make a long story short, they have held up against way more than they are designed to do. I'm sure they would be problem free under appropriate use.

I used it to pump out my koi pond to clean it. 20.00 PURCHASE I'm sure I'll find other uses for it. Great purchase. It's small but works big! Very Quiet, plenty of power to push water up hill. Don't hesitate.

Great product

Didn't work for more than 5 or 6 plant feedings. But worked long enough to not be able to return it. I put about 8 gallons through it once to twice a week of just liquid, nothing to clog it. And as I said it broke quickly had to go back to my sump pump. I bought another brand that looked like this model about 6 months earlier and same thing it worked great for 8 or 10 times then died. I figured even though this looked like the same exact model bit different color that this one being from vivosun would be better. But no. I'm still looking for 1000gph pump that will actually work reliably in a grow room

Great pump! I use it for the water changes in my aquarium and it moves water pretty fast. It’s also very quiet. I like the build quality of this thing

The pump works great for a second filter in the Koi pond.

This works great for my hydroponic tower garden. I like that it draws water from the bottom of the pump so you have to run absolutely dry for it to quit working. It's powerful and rugged. And I like that there is a threaded output on the top so I can just run a straight piece of PVC pipe up the middle of my garden.

The outlet hose greatly impacts the effectiveness of the pump. The attachments allow for 1/2” to 1” hoses which is a great thing… but be warned, if you use a smaller diameter hose the gallons per min will be greatly reduced. I had a 1/2” hose and it was taking forever to pump out a 100gallon tub. Took almost 40min. But then I did a test with a 1” hose and omg it was like a los Vegas water attraction in my backyard. Makes the big difference and I bet it allows the pump to work a little less hard when not restricted.
