Q: How do I remove the bottom bracket ? Mine was mailed with it on and I can’t seem to find any way of removing it

Use the securement key turn left for mount, right for box lock. At least that’s how it was 8 years ago when I bought mine

I have this on a 2019 Can Am Ryker Rally. I didn’t have to have any additional mounting plate. This came with one.

Q: I need a rack for honda 2022 rebel 1100 dct.... which rack can i use?

Yes you can use it as long you have a rear rack and no back rest

Q: Will one modular motorcycle helmet fit in this?

Yes! I have an old HJC IS-MAX II Modular 3XL. I recommend putting a micofiber cloth on the top of the helmet so it doesn't rub on the lid of the SHAD when you go over bumps.
