Will my fussy dog actually eat Weight Gainer?

Most fussy and off-food dogs take to the meat-free chicken flavour quickly. Sprinkle it over wet or dry food, or start with a light dusting and build up. If your dog is very picky, mix it into a favourite topper for the first few days.

How long until my dog gains weight?

Give it a few weeks of daily use. Many owners notice a steadier appetite within the first week or two, with visible condition following as the dog eats consistently. Underweight, ageing and rescue dogs vary, so feed daily and weigh weekly.

Is Weight Gainer safe for puppies, pregnant and nursing dogs?

Yes. It is suitable for dogs from 12 weeks, including pregnant and nursing mums. Add the daily scoops for your dog's weight to their usual food. If your dog has a health condition or is on medication, check with your vet first.

Does Weight Gainer contain real meat, and is it plant-based?

It is 100% plant-based with a meat-free chicken flavour, so there is no actual meat content. The recipe uses soy protein, flaxseed, coconut milk, pumpkin protein and vegetable powder. Non-GMO, with no artificial flavours or colours.

How long does one 300g pouch last?

It depends on your dog's weight. One 300g pouch lasts around 42 days for a dog up to 10kg, about 21 days at 11-20kg, and roughly 14 days at 21-30kg. Each 7g scoop delivers 43 calories. A scoop is included in every pouch.
