Lenox Christmas Angelic Visions Adoring Angel Tree Topper

I got this for my mom for Christmas. She has been collecting Lenox ornaments for most of her life and a few years back my sister had the idea of placing all of the ones she collected on a smaller tree in the dining room. The only problem is there was no Lenox topper, so it felt incomplete for a few years.The size of the angel was larger than I had expected for the tree but it suits it very well. I recommend it with smaller trees just so you can see the 14 karat gold and haindpainted detailing. In the photo you can see how one of the preplaced lights illuminates the glass of the piece.

My Lennox Angel is absolutely gorgeous! I'm not going to use her as a tree topper I just use it as a showpiece I have her sitting beside one of those vintage ceramic trees with colored lights. My grandmother made that ceramic tree back in the 70s, and now the angel sitting beside it is a representation of her.

This is a beautiful angel that I accidentally came across while searching for something else and could not resist buying. I gave the first one to one of our sons and ordered another for myself. Not a collector of angels, it just spoke to me of the one who proclaimed the birth of Jesus, the Reason for the season. Both arrived as quickly as possible, considering they were sent from the area hard hit by hurricane Sandy. It was well packaged and I highly recommend it both for its beauty and for the seller.

I have been searching for the perfect angel tree topper since I became an adult and have had my own Christmas tree. I refused to buy one of those cheap, tacky, feathery, fiber-optic, shiny fabric, horrendous angels they sell in stores every year. So for the better part of ten years, I have had a modest star atop my trees. My mother, grandmother, and great grandmother have always had lovely porcelain faced beauties displayed on their trees every year and I wanted one just as lovely. Alas among years of searching, I came upon this Lenox gem. I have other heirloom Lenox ornaments that I have always adored, so when I saw this angel I just had to have her. She is every bit as pretty as pictured. She is a bit heavy and not as large as a typical tree angel. Very simple and elegantly adorned with gold trim on ivory porcelain, with a hand painted face. She may not stand out as well on a very tall or large tree, say over 7 foot, but she looks wonderful on my 6 1/2ft tree every year. This angel would also do well as a decoration on a table or mantle.

This Item was better than its picture! So realistic in design of face and hands. A little taller than anticipated so that was a delight. I would recommendthis item to anyone who loves angels and likes porecelain.One note though, The topper is kind of heavy. It needs to be reinforced so it doesn't fall.

This piece is beautiful and picks up the lighting around the room. This however did not work for my tree as it was quite heavy, but I happily display it on the buffet in the dining room.

It is just as pictured and very beautiful. It was well packaged and no issues through shipping (very quick shipping). Not quite sure if it will work on the tree but will still use it as decoration!
