After a visit to the dentist (I am NOT a dentist fan and haven't gone for years!) I actually checked out pretty good. That said, I need to make sure I floss more as getting old tends to deteriorate the bones.I shopped around and did as much research as I could on water pics. Mixed reviews on which brands and models so, as never using one of these before, I bought the TUREWELL brand.Upon opening the box there are 8 different tips to use. The top of the waterwell is where you can store the tips (great feature!) and the cord is long enough to stretch from the machine to a pretty tall person.There is a dial setting so you can adjust the pressure to your liking.After a few weeks of use these waterpicks NO DOUBT work better than regular flossing! And the more you use it, the better you get at using it quicker and more effectively. I can see the food debris falling into the sink (I know, gross!) but that means the water flosser is working. When I use regular floss you can get small stuff on the line but using this water flosser...well, you'll see the difference!Again, this review is based on a person who has never used one of these before. Not sure if it's the best brand/model...but it definitely does a better job than regular floss.As I've only had this for 2 weeks, and I use it twice a day, if not more, I cannot attest for the longevity of this model. But for the price if it lasts at least a year then I'd be satisfied. But I think if it's used for one person it should last for a couple of years. Either way, at this price point ($30) I would simply get another when this one goes bad.Would definitely recommend for features and price!

The product works well! It has a slim design and fits onto even a very small counter, it stays put when turned on even with the powerful motor vibrating the water through the pick. I did a video with the idea of showing how it fits, what it looks like and how it works! Sorry I had a shot of my teeth to show how even after brushing and rinsing (and looking clean) the products pulsing water jets finds hidden pieces of food... the video cut off so you will just have to trust me! I definitely recommend this product/company!

This purchase was for a replacement of the same brand, which just stopped working after about 2 years of almost daily use. It works great for flossing and for helping me keep my gums healthy. It has more tips than you will ever need and applies plenty of pressure, which is adjusted with the knob. The tank is easy to remove for filling, and I have never had a problem with it leaking after tank replacement. The only reason it's not a 5-star for me is the longevity.

I’m very impressed with the quality of this water flosser (irrigater). I owned a WaterPik that went belly up and was looking to replace it. I ordered one for about $96. It did not meet with my expectations. There was no place to store the tips that came with it as there had been on the one that I had previously. Frankly, it was a definite downgrade. Very disappointed.Well I searched for a flosser that had all the qualities and features of my previous flosser.Voilá! I came across the Turwell for about one third the price and it was clearly superior to my old one.I ordered it and I am extremely happy with the quality and performance. It is solid, quiet and powerful.I highly recommend this water flosser!

You get more tips with this one plus improvements. I had the previous model, the Habor, and got 6 years out of it with using it daily and sometimes twice a day. When it started to squeal, that was the end. I researched the company and found they still made them but gave them a new name and design and called it Turewell. My old Habor was black. What I don't like about this new one is that if I leave it plugged in, I cannot hang it safely upside down on the towel rack over the sink like my Habor to drain. I will either have to unplug it each time after use that they recommend or put it somewhere nearby so it can't fall into the sink. Also with the new one, it will shut off after 3 minutes but I use a pretty good stream so the unit is empty before the three minutes are up. If that happens while underway, just turn the knob off as they say in the booklet and then back on again. With my old one it was directed to leave upside down to drain but with this one there is nothing said about this at all. I will just leave it upside down on a dry wash cloth away from the sink but it may not matter. No problem with pressure but always when starting out, press gently on the reservoir so it can prime properly. I also noticed with both units, it helps to move the hose around up and down to get it going to that good stream as it may or may not help it prime. Also I once tossed a perfectly good Water Pic because I did not press down on the reservoir. I think all flossers are like this. They do mention it in the manual for the Turewell. It does make a difference to change to a new tip once in a while that I never did in 6 years. I think the calcium in the water here makes the stream more restricted. They give you three tips of the standard one that most people use and one of each of the specialty ones. Please read all the reviews for good tips plus the person who writes in their review why the unit is less money than Water Pic. I just did not want to spend the money and I did get 6 years out of the old version.

Works fine but starting may be a little glitchy, often it does not start as soon as dialed on and hand push button pressed, not sure where the dealy is but eventyally it turns on, a minor annyonce unless it is a symptom of a long-term problem, only time will tell.

I've been buying disappointing, lackluster, soon-to-fail countertop water flossers for too many years now. The big 2 names (Phi and Wat) have planned obsolescence built right in! They ALWAYS fail within about a year (usually uncontrollable leaking), nevermind the model or price point. So I have been looking for other, lesser-known options that might perform better... Searching for "highest PSI," AI suggested Turewell as a dark horse brand. 🤯 The PSI IS the highest I've found (30-125), no leaking, quite large water resevoir, and even little suction cup feet that keep it well-anchored to the countertop. The ONLY drawback for me is it's VERY loud when the spray is paused using the wand button 🙉 Even the price is incredible. I refuse to give the big-name manufacturers of crap one more dollar for something that will be in a landfill in a year or two. If you care about buying something reliable that delivers on irrigation intensity, give Turewell a try!

I would just like to say that everyone should be able to own a water flosser. Save your money and buy this if you have been considering getting a Waterpik. It’s literally the same exact thing. Comes with a large selection of water flosser heads for all of your dental needs which can be conveniently stored in the top lid. Pressure settings are adjustable at the turn of a knob. The tank comes out of the base for easy water refilling in the sink. I love how this one has a rubber stopper that keeps water from leaking out when you remove the tank as well. My old one did not have this. No need to remove this rubber stopper, it opens up when you stick it back into the base. I will say I don’t normally even need to fill the tank all of the way because you should only need to use about half of it per session. I like to empty my tank and run the flosser until most of the water is out. I think this keeps it in optimal condition plus I like to fill it with warm water each time. But you could technically fill the tank and just use what you need, saving the rest for next time. I like that it comes in black because it looks a lot nicer than the white in my opinion. I feel like white dental tools just make me think of a dentist’s office or something. Black fits my bathroom aesthetic a lot better. The tube connecting the removable flosser from the tank/base is very long which is super convenient and comfortable to use at the sink. I also LOVE that it has little suction cups at the end which keeps the base perfectly in place while I use it. Such a small but genius addition to something like this because my last one did not have that. It only had little rubber feet which made the whole thing move around while I was using it. It plugs into the wall like normal and works incredibly. 10/10 on everything, truly.This was an absolute life saver when I had braces too. I don’t think anyone should ever get braces unless you have one of these because you will never be able to keep your teeth properly clean without it. This leads to severe plaque build up, cavities and gum disease. If you don’t properly care for your teeth when you have braces, they will be very yellow and you’ll have lighter colored dots on your teeth where the brackets were glued on to.My brushing routine goes as follows:-Water flossing-Oil pulling-Brush teeth and tongue with my Sonicare electric toothbrush-Tongue scraping-Normal flossing(I sometimes use mouthwash when I feel like I need to but I try to do it very frequently as it can kill good bacteria in your mouth hence why I do oil pulling more often instead)I’m not perfect and will sometimes skip out on steps now and then but this is a regime I found that truly actually works incredibly for me and it’s really kept both my teeth/gums healthy. But keep in mind, this does NOT replace regular flossing. You still need to work normal floss up between the gums around your teeth. The water flosser simply shoots out any food that may be harder to get out with regular string floss. Because likewise, I have noticed that I can’t get all of the gunk out of my mouth completely with only brushing and flossing. Everything goes hand in hand. I really wish dentists taught me more about everything I had to learn on my own. But, I guess they wouldn’t make as much money if everyone had perfectly healthy teeth and gums, right? That’s how I feel anyways. It truly is up to us to look after ourselves because at the end of the day, the only person who will be able to care for you in these ways is yourself.My final, and in my opinion, most important piece of advice to give you is do NOT use this flosser at the highest pressure setting. This will lead to receding gums because the pressure damages your tissues. I feel like if I could make one complaint about most water flossers, it would be this. You shouldn’t ever need to have it at the highest pressure setting. I use it at the low or medium pressure for the most part. A water flosser/pic does not floss your teeth. If you're going to use this and not floss it's of course better than nothing so get it anyway. If you already floss everyday like me, this item is still useful! Floss/brush cannot get food that is stuck in your gum. It's especially useful if, like me, you have wisdom teeth that are half out. The amount of stuff that gets stuck around there is frankly gross and can lead to infections. I'm happy to have this if only for that.
