I love this cool mint braided floss but it is too expensive now. Has anyone found a good replacement-double braided waxed floss?

I have very sensitive gums and teeth and have only used the woven dental tape for many years. I tried all of the other dental flosses available and cannot use them. I don’t understand the large price increase either!

is this the same as the old woven floss that was discontinued?

I used the old woven floss & replaced it with Cool Mint. It's not the same but works just as well removing plaque.

Is it same with listerine "reach" floss? green and waxed floss?

It's a turquoise green but I don't think it's waxed. I love this floss and I won't use waxed floss.

Is this their original woven floss, they once called gentle gum care?

Please contact Johnson & Johnson. Ask if they have restarted it. They quit making the softer woven floss that was similarly marketed. They have been encouraged to put it back into production. When I have bought a package like this it was regular floss.

Different, but good!

I thought I was getting the woven type floss. This is not, and yet is a different type of floss. It's a single strand, and it's pretty thin to get in tight places (not quite as thin as the Glide), but has a rough surface unlike either waxed, unwaxed, or glide. It's really a new sort of floss.I like it. It's quite tough, and it works good. I'm ordering more!
