I’m 5’6 and 120 pounds what size should i get?

I don’t know.I am 5’7 ,110 pounds and I got a small. It is actually a bit larger than I thought on the waist but still ok.

Do they run short? I’m 5’9, and 114lbs. I want to make sure I have enough length, but not have too much room in buttocks area

Seriously? I have to have these sweatpants dry cleaned? They don’t feel like they breathe at all. Will probably return them.
