Good for long term use!
I've been using this product for many years. I take 3 in the morning with a full glass of water and it has made a big difference in my bowel habits (for the better!). I think they recently changed the formulation slightly - the bottle is different and the capsules look and smell a bit different (more of a fennel smell/taste), but I think it's actually working even better than before.
