The Best Ghee !!
Great taste, but expensive. I use it for special vegetables, eggs, and toast, for a great taste. It is the best Ghee I have used. I will continue to buy for special needs.

Forget other ghees/clarified butter. This one smells and tastes amazingly
Besides everything that is important, let me tell you that I open it a few times during a day just to sniff it. Almost like I was inhaling it as the smell is just amazing. It smells like freshly made butter with some caramel notes. And it has no other ingredients, just pure ghee/clarified butter. Great for my bulletproof coffee, but first of all for frying - meat, scrambled eggs, pancakes, vegetables... so no matter if sweet or savory, it will work great. I don't keep it in the fridge, so it's always nice and creamy (it doesn't turn into liquid in room temperature, which is good). When you keep it in the fridge you might find it difficult to dig it out from the jar. I ordered from different sellers in the past and some of them didn't protect it well, so I got some deliveries where the ghee did not survive and was killed by the shattered glass, but not with this seller, who packed it really well and there was no chance for the jars to get any damage, even if it would be thrown against a wall many times. And last but not least: it's healthy. Bon Appetit.

What you need
As a carnivore I regularly look for clean high quality fat. While not exactly snack worthy like a decent unsalted butter (not kidding), this ghee checks out, tastes clean, and cooks great

Return customer leaving
I have exclusively used Ancient Organics for quite some time now, 1 year plus. I am very familiar with the smell and consistency. Familiar with the consistency indoors in AC, traveling in the car / camping & the consistency when this product is in a cooler refrigerator. What I received on my last order of 2 32oz jars is either what selling out looks like or this is not ancient organics ghee. The ghee in the jar runs like liquid melted butter. This product has been sitting on the same counter for 7 days as the jar bought from my local grocery. Local bought is solid always, room temp (70 degrees Fahrenheit) and warmer up to the 90s it is still solid cooking outside on a hot summer day. After this sat inside in air conditioning for 5 days I put it in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Straight out of the refrigerator it has not fully solidified. I’m unable to return, I will not purchase again. Seems very odd, false product or Ancient Organics has taken a major cut on quality? Either way, this reduction / dilution can not happen through rapid heating and cooling of the product. The consistency of ghee is determined at the initial refining process with heat and cool time again not after production and it has warmed up and cooled multiple times.

First rate ghee with many uses.
I use ghee regularly - from using it to fry an egg to making popcorn in the microwave. I have made ghee myself but decided that it was cost effective to just buy this brand. It tastes great and is consistent from jar to jar. What do I not like? Once you have used the contents of the jar the last step is to put it into the microwave for a few seconds to melt the remaining ghee clinging to the walls, so that it can be poured out. The label seems to have some metalic content that the microwave does not like.

Only buy this Ghee
I never buy any other brand. This is the best Ghee on the market. Even the aroma reminds you of buttered toast your mom used to make.

Good product but questionable packaging creates problems.
The product is great. It was poorly packaged and one of the two jars was badly cracked. I did not removed the plastic wrap until months later. It appeared it also could have been shipped that way.

My favorite brand of ghee
The flavor is the best. I never had any problems with texture but it seems the last two jars were not creamy smooth. They’re kind of gritty if that makes any sense. I’ve always ordered from Amazon with the seller being Ancient Organics. This time the seller was someone else. I did it because the price was so much less. Now I know why. Once melted it’s perfectly fine. As far as value for the money. It’s very expensive that’s for sure. It’s still my chosen brand.
