It has helped, no question about it.
I take two of these everyday with my allopurinol and they have cut the amount of gout flare ups I have to practically nothing. I have only one kidney and my gout isn't diet related, I've had it since my teens, but if you're not drinking enough water, it's always going to take hold. Remember your water. It's the single biggest preventive of gout flare ups.

Goode for helping recuperation after workouts. I'm lucky, i can swallow tablets and capsules easily but for people who struggle, the capsules are 2cm long. No taste.

placebo???
I am half way through using these and I am not convinced they are anything but a placebo. I personally have not noticed any difference and think water is just as good at keeping a gout attack at bay.
