No Pull Dog Harness Adjustable Reflective Oxford Easy Control Medium Large Dog Harness with A Free Heavy Duty 5ft Dog Leash

I just got this and tried it on my dog. I measured her before I ordered and the Large was the one I bought. It ran small. I really like the holster. Seems very durable, and the price was good especially with the free leash. I am returning it and ordering the extra large. Hope that will do the trick, fingers crossed. Update: This fit perfect. And have to let you know. My dog is a rescue rom the Humane Society picked up as a stray, then adopted out and returned, and adopted out again and returned. She was only 1-1/2 yrs. Never learned to walk on a leash, play with other dogs, or like being with people. Walking was so hard for me as she pulled so much and if she saw a dog or any animal she would lunge and nearly make me fall over. I'm a petite senior woman with back issues and arthritis in my thumbs. This harness and the leash has been a miracle for me. She walks without pulling (I can't believe it) and the leash handle is so comfortable and soft. She is now 3 yrs and we are both enjoying our mile walks now. I highly recommend.

We have a German Shephard/Husky mix and this Harness works perfectly. She loves to pull me up hills on our walks and with a regular collar I felt like I was hurting her neck. The harness is easy to put on and off, Sophie LOVES it too. She knows when she sees it that she is heading out for fun. Have not been out much at night time for walks yet but I know the reflective harness and lease is going to be great if we are caught out after dark. The fit, we ordered large, is a perfect fit. There is adjustment if needed and the fasteners are very secure. Excellent product.

I finally found a good harness for my dog. This is a very reasonable price and it’s very well-made. Plus it came with a leash. That is a very nice leash. We love it. My husband took the dog out on the driveway and walked a little bit and every time the dog tried to pull it made him turn a little bit and it was very helpful. I think this is gonna be a great thing. I would definitely recommend it. we have a German Shepherd, who is about 95 pounds and we got the extra large and it fits real good. We did have to adjust and lengthen the straps around his chest and neck, but if it’s beautiful and even has room if he would grow a little bit. Another thing that’s great is that you can also clip the leash to the back or you have the little grab handle at the back. Which is great if you just wanna hang onto your dog or boost them up into the car or something. It’s fantastic.

Wanted to replace the harness we had and tried this one. The harness didn’t fit quite right after going by the recommended size. It has stayed secure though, and I like how the clips can lock. The rope of leash is nice and strong. The comfort grip handle is comfortable.

I really like this harness and leash set. The harness has a top handle so you can hold your dog easily by their back for greater control. The harness also has 2 anchors, one on the back and one on the front chest, so you can attach the leash wherever you are most comfortable. The leash has extra padding in the grip area to provide extra comfort when holding it. Very happy with this.

This harness and leash are very sturdy and durable. The leash is a cord as opposed to a flat nylon ribbon, and it seems to have a little bit of give in it. The handle is covered with a neoprene material which I think will be comfortable but unnecessary. It's a lot thicker to hold in my hand. Maybe I will become more appreciative as I use it. The harness itself is a little bit more fussy than previous harnesses that I've used. You can slide it over the head once you have it adjusted but you'll still need to buckle both sides as opposed to having one girth strap like you would on a horse. This design tends to cause the straps to slide into the armpit instead of around the widest part of his chest. Both the leash and the harness have good reflective qualities which is important because I do walk him at night. The harness is very secure. If you have it adjusted properly there's no way your dog is going to slip out of this. I measured my dog and ended up getting the large size. The packaging refers to this as a medium large even though the dimensions match what the site is calling large. It seems very snug on my doodle especially in the armpits . I had to loosen it quite a bit to make it fit. I have been using a Gentle Leader collar because he is extremely strong and if something catches his attention and he gets excited he can pull me over. The Gentle Leader collar is the only thing I've found to be somewhat effective at minimizing his pulling me down the road. It worked perfectly on my boxer lab mix. As soon as he got ahead of me the leash would turn his head back towards me , and a dog can't walk forward when his head is facing backwards. But the Gentle Leader is not as effective on this doodle. He must have some really strong neck muscles because he will still pull me or refuse to move when he doesn't want to go in the direction that I'm trying to go. I know, I know, this must be a training issue but let's face it, who needs a leash or harness that claims to prevent pulling if their dog was perfectly trained? I'm looking for an alternative to my Gentle Leader collar because this dog's nose is always on the ground which means that he's constantly stepping over or tripping on the leash because it's attached under his chin, plus, he doesn't like it on his face even after 3 years. I thought if I tried this harness and attach the leash to the front it would be better than having the collar that goes around his nose and that maybe I'd still have the same control. Unfortunately, I don't think that is the case at all. This is my third harness style collar on this dog, and while having the loop on the front of the chest is better than using the loop on the back (which does nothing to prevent pulling) none of them prevent pulling,including this one.
