I ordered this scrubber a couple of years ago initially. It helped make cleaning tubs/showers around the house so much easier. I used to notice lower back pain after scrubbing with a sponge and would find myself completely exhausted after cleaning just the bathrooms. This allows me to not have to bend and twist a ton and reach everything easier. My MIL loved it so much, that I gave my first to her and ordered a second. Then, we moved, and I misplaced the charger and was very distraught. I reached out to Fruiteam's customer service. Emma worked with me and sent me a replacement charger. Even without the charger, I was able to use it to clean all the bathrooms 3 times before it lost it's charge. Cleaning it has been easy and straightforward. And i was super impressed by their customer service. Would highly recommend!

My product suddenly stopped working and it has been less than a year, so still under warranty. The seller asked for video and I tried to send, but it wasn't working. Regardless, for my troubles, seller sent me a new product after our correspondence. Very happy with the ease of transaction.

My experience was more of a 2/5 star experience but the product itself is a 5 star product. The bristle heads are great quality and variety, the device is easy to grip, and it’s very simple to use.I had purchased this (being 9 months pregnant) to help me deep clean parts of the house I’m not as able bodied to do at this time. Specifically I wanted to use this to clean my baseboards and staircase as it’s really hard for me to clean those with my big belly and swollen appendages. It was not effective in cleaning these areas and ended up being 3x more time consuming than a simple microfiber cloth cleaning. But that’s on me, the product description doesn’t say “stairs and baseboards”. It also lost total charge after 35 mins of cleaning the baseboards so that was a bummer.I did also try cleaning my shower and tubs after my first two unsuccessful, creative deep cleans. Now this is where the product performed the best, just as it’s advertised. It cleaned my shower tile grout very well with minimal effort on my end. It easily dislodged any mildew or discoloration that had built up. I did a small area of my kid’s bathroom floor near the tub where mildew had begun growing and it cleaned the floor tile beautifully as well.Long review short: it’s essentially meant for bathrooms. Not very effective on other surfaces or spaces. If you want to get this tool to creatively clean like I did, I’d pass.

I’m not sure what is happening with Amazon anymore. I bought this product based off of reviews, and I am very disappointed and frustrated. This product is TERRIBLE! Two plastic pieces broke when changing out the heads. If you apply a little bit of pressure, it stops spinning. After one use, the bristles were all bent and looked liked I had used it countless times. This product was not inexpensive. From now on, I’m buying from TikTok Shop.

I just didn't feel the control with this tool that I like. Overall it can be cumbersome to use each time you want to clean your tub/shower. It works well enough if that's what you're into... automation/electric time cleaning where you can't really feel the pressure of your work. I also felt after two uses that the brushes would surely go flat over short time & use. However that is only a guess! I returned the product without any problems. And in all fairness to the product it may be right for you if you don't mind the assembly, changing brushes, etc. aspects of a spin cleaner. It's simple, just time consuming to me. I will say the pointy brush is probably good for keeping your corners and caulk along edges clean (as long as you begin when they are sparkly white & perfectly clean-Not after mildew has already set), but technically it works no better than a good grout brush will do with a quick once over every week. It really just depends on one's preference as to "how" they like to clean. I've decided I just need a good handled brush and/or microfiber pad type cleaning tool & put my own elbow grease to it, and a good grout brush...this method may not be as easy during the actual cleaning portion, but to me it's much less time and hassle overall & I don't have to worry about bearing down too much pressure & having my tool stop spinning or the brushes wearing out. But give it a try if you've never used a spin brush (as I had not)... you might like the ease of not bearing down and/or feeling the machine is doing the work. It just wasn't for me.

I've been seeing this product in a few different places and I was so interested. I favorites it. Then when I was ready to buy it I purchased it. Love this product helps keep my shower walls clean and tub. I find it effortless and I feel safer more than standing on the side of tubeWish it could get extremely wet. But it cant. Wish it had like a little spout with spray that could keep the walls damp through out the process. Works well for large windows in the the front was able to clean build up and dust along with the window very easy product I like it and would definitely refer or recommend it to a friend. So first off, love this brush. I have a bathroom that we dedicate only for when we do yard work. It is thick with dirt and even a few rings from shampoo bottles and whatnot. Fully charged up brush took care of the tub and walls in 1 go. Took hours less than manually. Second, I had an issue with the charger at one point and was able to contact customer service who replaced the part within a week. Which is wonderful, because I can't go back to manual scrubbing.
